Hello We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the burst water line We appreciate your concerns and we hope that you will accept our apologizes for your inconvenience As you stated in your complaint we received the call late Sunday night/early Monday and dispatched to our vendor
on call to handle these types of issues The vendor dispatched to a subcontractor plumbing service that had your contact information for arranging a time to correct the issue from a plumbing stand point as quickly as possible. The wait list for others needing service on Monday was already full but our vendor was able to get the fix made at your property on Monday The reason that Michelle suggested you contact the vendor directly is because the vendor corrdinates the appointment, your directly contacting them is the most expeditious approach Behind the scenes we were stressing to our vendors the importance of getting to you as quickly as possible The clean up vendor was also dispatched at the same time However the wait list on this service is excagerated because of the water intrusion caused by the excessive rain fall that has been in the area for the last several months Many people are suffering from inconvenience caused by water getting in basements and leaks from ceilings that are showing stress because of the excessive rain fall We stressed to our vendor the importance of getting to you as quickly as possible, and it appears they were able to complete the clean up hopeful to your complete satisfaction.Again we are very sorry about the delay.Scott A***President/BrokerOz Accommodations, inc

Hello [redacted],We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your AC unit, there is nothing worse than not having cool air when needed.  We first received your request over the holiday weekend, and it was dispatched to the owner within an hour of receipt.As you are aware, the owner of the...

property preforms the maintenance as requested.  We spoke with the owner of the property today upon seeing this complaint and he indicated that his repair tech had been in contact with you and that it was discovered that the thermostat needed to be replaced, and that it was replaced and the system was blowing cold air.  We tried reaching you this morning upon receiving this complaint by phone without success to confirm the above information.Please contact us if the system is not functioning as we are confused by the complaint.Thanks
