Good afternoon Revdex.com, We have reviewed the complaint against us, labeled ID [redacted] After careful evaluation of the case, it has come to our attention that the customer in question has unfortunately misunderstood our store policiesAt the cashier, we display our return policy clearly, as well as on the receipts in question we clarify that all sales are final and that there is a no refund policyThese policies are displayed in the attached images, both from the storefront as well as a copy of this customer's receiptWhile we apologize for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from our transactions, we also acknowledge that we clarified our return policy in several ways and do not issue refunds and will not do so in this caseWith that in mind, the customer asks that in the future we better clarify our policies to customers placing orders for layaways and to the best of our abilities we will do soThe customer originally placed a $deposit on a dress in addition to $deposit on a pair of shoesDeposits are promises that the customer will purchase the dress and therefore deposits, like purchases made in whole, are non-refundableThis is also clearly stated as soon as the customer makes the deposit [redacted] is asking for a $refundAs stated earlier, and clearly displayed in store and on the receipts, we do not offer refundsWe issued [redacted] $store credit, as shown in the attachedAs there are no exceptional circumstances surrounding this situation, we are unable to offer a refund in compliance with store policy

Good afternoon Revdex.com, We have reviewed the complaint against us,...

labeled ID [redacted]. After careful evaluation of the case, it has come to our attention that the customer in question has unfortunately misunderstood our store policies. At the cashier, we display our return policy clearly, as well as on the receipts in question we clarify that all sales are final and that there is a no refund policy. These policies are displayed in the attached images, both from the storefront as well as a copy of this customer's receipt. While we apologize for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from our transactions, we also acknowledge that we clarified our return policy in several ways and do not issue refunds and will not do so in this case. With that in mind, the customer asks that in the future we better clarify our policies to customers placing orders for layaways and to the best of our abilities we will do so. The customer originally placed a $100 deposit on a dress in addition to $100 deposit on a pair of shoes. Deposits are promises that the customer will purchase the dress and therefore deposits, like purchases made in whole, are non-refundable. This is also clearly stated as soon as the customer makes the deposit. [redacted] is asking for a $200 refund. As stated earlier, and clearly displayed in store and on the receipts, we do not offer refunds. We issued [redacted] $200 store credit, as shown in the attached. As there are no exceptional circumstances surrounding this situation, we are unable to offer a refund in compliance with store policy.

Review: I purchased a brand knew dress that costed me a total of $500 (i put a deposit of $250 on July [redacted] 2014 and I paid the other $250 on August [redacted]) from Oz Boutique. When I went to pick up the dress on August [redacted], the dress ended up being defected. The jewels on the dress were very loose (if you moved a bit, it would fall off the dress) and a jewel was missing from the back of the dress. I showed a saleswoman the dress and she told me that she would ask the woman tailor above their store to fix it for us. She then stated that I can come pick up the dress on August [redacted]. So they took the dress back and I left. I went back to the store on August [redacted] to get my dress. The way they fixed my dress was very unprofessional. They used a different type of thread to sew the jewels back in which was very noticeable because you can actually see the thread which should never be seen (it was at the front of the dress) and the jewel from the back of the dress was still missing. I told a salesman about the dress and he took the dress to the tailor above them. He came back down and told me that it would take a week for the tailor to receive the jewel. So I then asked him if I can see the [redacted] and he said that they don't have a [redacted] for this store. So I asked who or where the owner of this store is and he said the owner is on vacation. After that he just went to the back of the store and left me hanging (brushing me off). No one in the store helped me and just ignored my presence. I wasn't going to leave without him answering my question. So I asked one of the saleswoman where the guy was so I could talk to him. they called him and he came back out from the back room. I told the guy that i'm not going to wait for another week for the dress to get fixed again. So he said he will call the company if they could send them the jewel earlier. So while he was on the phone, I told him why couldn't he have the company to replace my dress. So he continued to talk to the person on the phone. After he got off the phone, he told me that the company will replace the dress but it will take 2 weeks for the dress to arrive. In overall, the customer service was very poor because it seemed as though everyone was brushing me off and thinking I would just leave. I really felt like racism was involved because they kept talking in [redacted] in front of me the whole time, laughing and smirking at me. Every time I went there ( a total of 4 times) I was the only [redacted] person there. Actually, I was the only Asian there throughout those 4 times. In overall all, I just want my money back which is a total of $500 I paid for the dress. I feel like they gave me an old dress that was already from the store (which I tried the old one in the store before), try to fix it up and charge me for the full price of a supposedly "new dress". I just really want my $500 back in cash and have nothing to do with this store anymore.Desired Settlement: As mentioned before, I just want my $500 back in cash from this store and have nothing to do with them anymore. This was suppose to be a happy occasion for me, getting a brand new dress to wear for a wedding but now i'm stuck with this problem.

Review: My daughter buy a dress from oz boutique for her upcoming prom. On the day of the prom she was getting dress,wen she put her dress on. Only to realize the dress is damage. I have no idea what to do at this point. While my daughter is crying it's to late to go back to the store. I try to fix the dress so she could go to her prom. By the time she got to her prom it was all most over. She didn't get to enjoy her prom are wearing her dress for that special day. I took the dress back to the store and explain to the store clerk and the person that was in charge. They told me to go sell it and [redacted] are cut it in half on make her a top. I said after spending 400 hundred dollars and a dress. This is what u are telling me. I need some sort of refund or compensation. And not to insult me.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back. My daughter did not get to go to her prom and time are enjoy wearing her dress. Are enjoy her special day.
