I wish to report a business which is not doing right by me. I ordered a replacement head for my elec shaver. He sent the wrong head. I have written him three times but he refuses to answer.
If he will refund me my $11.99, I will return the incorrect part. Best regards
The buyer ordered the part on *** not the OZ hair Supplies store. I already replied by email through *** to open a return and send it back for a refund but he has not replied. I have sent the email twice but with no reply from buyer!!! I do not think he knows how to properly handle issues on *** or even check his email!?
