Went to Ozark Eye Center in Aug & Nov to get eyes checked by Ophthalmologist to make sure I had no eye problemsThen scheduled apptto get prescription glassesI bought frames + lensesWhen 1st pair came back they were unusableAfter only minutes of trying to wear them I began to have eye strain & experienced nauseaIt was like one eye was out of wack with the other eyeTook them back couple of days later, was reexamined & given a slightly different prescription & was told if 2nd pair didn't work I would be stuck with them & no refund2nd pair was just as bad as 1st pairThen went to Kilgore Eye Center in Mountain Home alsoDr Cprescribed new lensesPicked them up 3-29-These were perfect, incredible! How does Ozark Eye Center tell me I still have to pay (well over $300) when they could not fit me correctlyI could understand only trying twice to fit me but no way making me pay for an unusable productWent back to Ozark Eye Center after seeing DrCat Kilgore Eye Clinic to try one last time to get a refundLady in glasses section was rude & read the notes from my 2nd attempt to get correct lenses & said "you agreed that we would charge you if 2nd pair still wasn't correct." I stated it was ridiculous to charge me when they are "professionals" & should be able to get my prescription rightWhy is it Kilgore Eye Center & Dr Cgot it perfect 1st time!
