Ozark Fence did look at a gate repair needed by [redacted]. At that time we were having a high volume of estimates to respond to and did not get and estimate to them untill contacted by the Revdex.com. I have since sent and estimate and contacted [redacted]...

Our complaint was regarding poor customer service. The woman who took our calls said she would get back to us immediately that day to let us know the status after each call to her. She never did respond to us in a 6 week period until the 2nd contact by the Revdex.com. Her only response to us then was an estimate by email. The estimate amount was $2400, which was way out of line as we had it fixed for $400. She never contacted us directly to explain why it took so long, etc. Very poor customer service, poor response time and exaggerated repair amount. Would not ever use them again nor refer anyone to them.

We did receive several phone calls and emails from Mrs. [redacted] and did not respond in a timely manner because of a back log of work. I did send her and estimate that she considered to high but it is in line with our pricing policies. I apologize this incident happened we will try to improve our customer service.
