Lippert Components was able to turn around a terrible experience we were having with our Itasca Sunstar The local dealer, Camping World, in Draper, Utah, failed miserably at fixing our automatic leveling system The CEO, Jason Lippert, said that if we could bring the coach to his plant in Elkhart, IN, he would ensure a team would be waiting for us and would fix our system He delivered 100000%! The team was amazing and had our coach fixed in about hours Jason met with us personally and discussed our experience, took notes, and said he was going to take our feedback to the team as well as to the dealers from an educational standpoint I wish Lippert had a service center closer to us in Utah, because we would use them for anything and everything related to servicing our motorhome They are AMAZING!
