Service is awful Both in signal and customer service We have Mediacom as part of our rental agreement so changing to another service would not lower our rent It would just cost more to have another service We have consistently seen interruptions in service Weak signal and service not available are constant issues I was "given" HBOGO due to these issues only to have them removed later because I was not a true customer Our service is a group account and so for some reason undeserving of the HBOGO service I would never recommend this service or willingly sign up for this service

I called Mediacom three times tonight I called 888-847-the first two times The first representative said he was sending a stronger signal to hang up and wait minutes The second tried something in office and finally said he reported an outage; we didn't need a technician to come out but it should be fixed within an hour Several hours later I called 855-633-and was told that nothing was ever reported from either call on our account OH JOY! So I have an appointment for a tech to come out next Monday:-) What a discusting display of cutomer service

This company is absurd!!! They have been charging me for YEARS for using their modem when I have repeatedly told them and showed them, I have my own!!!! I've NEVER used theirsOn top of that right before Christmas, they double debited my account and want to take 3-days to return MY MONEY that they basically stoleIf I had ANY other option of company, I would go with them in a heart beatThey wont return the money I was charged for going negative in my account because of THEM!!!!

I live in Adel, GA and requested service from Mediacom. I had an appointment date for Mediacom to come and was supposed to get a call when they had a time of arrival. I was supposed to leave work to meet them at their convenience. They contacted me with the time of arrival, I took off of work, and nobody ever showed up. I called Mediacom, made another appointment with them, again they called with their time of arrival, I took off of work, and again nobody ever showed up. That was 2 times that they lied to me and 2 times that I took off of work to meet them. Not mention that I work in another town. Now I get a call this morning and I am told someone will be there at my house in 30 minutes. I will take off of work AGAIN, head back to Adel AGAIN, but I can't imagine them actually showing up this time.

I would never recommend this service or willingly sign up for this service.

Initially, the tech that did the install was very rude, such as that when he was called back when my speed was far from the 150 down I pay for, he stated there's nothing wrong but he'd change out the modem anyway. When the problem persisted, I asked he not come back on a service call. He called me and asked what my problem (with him and the service was) when I explained to him I wasn't getting what I'm paying for and that he indeed was rude, and that I asked for them to send someone else, he showed up anyway and ran a temp line across my backyard that was unwanted at the time. I subscribe to 150 down, 30 up internet. I rarely get 150 down, usually 50-60, and during peak, dropping into the teens. "techs" have been here several times, and even a manager, that monitored my connection for a week. After the manager monitored my connection, we spoke and he said there was a problem in the area, and he would submit it to his supervisors to be fixed. When I ask for an update, they tell me a tech has to come to my house to investigate. Very incompetent company that doesn't seem to care if they're billing you for a service they can't provide.

Several hours later I called 855-633-4226 and was told that nothing was ever reported from either call on our account. OH JOY! So I have an appointment for a tech to come out next Monday:-) What a discusting display of cutomer service.
