Mr [redacted] did call and talk to me about the mini bike he found onlineHe stated that he was interested and would like to see some other photos than the ones provided in the ad He was sent more detailed pictures to his phone upon request on September 30, After Mr [redacted] received more detailed pictures he called back and said that he was indeed interested and wanted to go ahead with the purchase of the bike, stating that he would pick it up the following weekThat was when the deposit of $was made on the mini bike and the ads were removed from [redacted] I had several calls after that from prospective customers in regards to the mini bike that I had to turn down as well as later the next week because of the deposit being put down The following week Mr [redacted] called concerned about the handle bars I stated that the handle bars he was interested in were readily available on [redacted] and that I would be willing to swap them out He refused and demanded a refund I told him that since he changed his mind I would try to sell the mini bike to the people I'd turned down previously after he placed a deposit on it Unfortunately, they had purchased other bikes and were no longer interested I stated to Mr [redacted] that if I could sell it quickly I would refund his money, in order to appease the situationThat did not happen so we did not refund [redacted] Ozark Performance Parts [redacted] Bourbon, Mo
