called and spoke to patient on 4/25/2016 and explained to Mr. [redacted] that UC
Health and UC Physicians bill separately and have separate billing offices. The
surplus and conversations he is stating in his complaint have come from UC
Physicians not UC Health. I have reached out to the billing...
manager at UC
Physicians and he is going to contact patient. UC Health doesn't report patient
delinquent accounts to the credit bureaus and this was discussed in detail with
Mr. [redacted]. He did feel better once we discussed this with him. We did go
over the accounts he has with UC Health and the balances he owes.If there is any additional
