This is the first cancellation request our office has received from [redacted] and there hasn't been any contact with the client for almost monthsPlease see attached reply to complaint

Dom, clearly you fail to recall that a credit card was required in order to make an appointment with your companyA service call should have been charged at the time the tech was sent to our homeInstead you billed me for fraudulent charges and then have the audacity to say I should be grateful you did not include late feesPretty ballsy I reject your response and will only be satisfied with the return of my $85.*** ***

***, I understand that you are aware based on your previous comment that you should have been charged but as the quote is an hourly rate of $per hour and there were hours of service given our office will request at the end of the service call how would you like us to take payment via bill or via method of payment on fileAn invoice was requested but due to their being a subsequent appointment that was later cancelled that invoice was no longer correct as it had other stipulations such as cost without getting service with us and should you have gotten service then our office would not be charging only an invoice is sentI agree though which is why we have revised the process for the same reason that we gave you off this service callWe don't charge anything for one of our representatives to quote a customer so we removed from the hours of labor any time the tech would have spent doing that because it was out of our standard practice. Such is why our policy change has been made to going forward our change is to charge for a services provided and credit or apply forward the charges should the other secondary actions happenIn your case with your charges haven been waived if you were getting service with us the payments would have been applied to your monitoring bill, but as I am sure you can see how that isn't so easy because the majority of people would have issue with you having had charged them only to credit them later with them having become membersThank you for your time and consideration in this matter it is through this type of communication that we can better ourselves as a company and I believer your feedback has been most useful toward progress. This complaint has already been responded to under complaint *** that was made previously in NovemberPlease remove this complaint or the other to prevent double reportingThe ***s have received over $dollars of
credit half of which was in credit to their account and the rest was in equipment that was added, this was despite the customer's account being in a collective status of months past dueDuring our last conversation with *** he was going to bring the account current to dissuade from the imminent collective actions in November having once again had his services in disconnect*** was going to bring account current as of 11/25/but November has still not been paid and account may default again now that we are in DecemberPlease review the attached response for additional information but Mr***s request for additional reimbursement is denied due to our initial consultation with him regarding his home he was quoted and told that best coverage he would want to have keypads and client declined the second keypad within days of initial install stating that he will call back to add it at a later date should he want itThe repeater extends the range of the primary panels transceiver so that the panel can be placed in a non central area and reach devices at the extremity of the homeBoth the repeater and the additional keypad are devices that Mr Pfau would have needed to purchase and either would have resolved his circumstance

*** ***, Our services were contracted to review a system that was installed by another company and make any necessary recommendations or repairsThe technician spent an hour inspecting the system at your home and the remaining time going over a proposal
of how we can change your protectionBased on our last conversation with you we did remove hour of labor from the hours that the tech was on site, as this hour was spent quoting for a systemNo late fees have been added as the invoice was paid months later and any of the quoted items have been removed as wellThere are no further concessions that can be made on this service request. Please keep in mind that this is the same response we have given in the negative review you previously postedYou have never been a customer of our office and the services that were provided were what we have charged forI wish you the best of luck in your search to meet your homes security needs and I am sorry that we couldn't be your service provider.
