We stand by our original response and have provided Revdex.com with supporting documentation In regards to Mr***'s allegations regarding structural inadequacies, we respect the authority of the State's Windstorm Engineer who inspected our work

I am addressing the recent Revdex.com customer complaint that was submitted on 3/10/ *** *** vsAction Investment and Construction.My documented facts:* Signed contract 9/10/15.* Project completion 12/22/15.* Total of days (working days) of which days had rain scheduled.* Call logs state two (2) rescheduled appointments due to weather.* Call logs state three (3) incoming customer calls with two (2) return phone calls.Concrete was poured November 29, 2015, when the bad weather deceased, and ground was determined accessible by our on staff concrete specialist Within two (2) weeks our building crew came as scheduled Our company trailer was left on the job site for a total of five (5) days after construction was completed per the customer's approval due to the customer's request to have the project completed before the Christmas holidays.The sheeting material, gauge commercial R panel, is manufactured square, so immediately the building would have shown signs of it not being square, and therefore would have been addressed before further construction took place If the building is unsquared the sheeting will not overlap properly and would not be possible to continue work.As far as the doors not closing properly, yes this does happen on occasion In which case our company per our customer's request has always gone back out to readjust within a week of being told about the problem The colors as requested and signed for by the customer are as follows:* Roof: Light Stone* Walls: Hawaiian Blue* Trim: Brilliant WhiteWhich is what they received.This is the first complaint from the customer that there has been any problem at all A phone call from the customer to us could have resolved any issues as we do with any of our customers.As I looked further into this situation I now notice that the customer failed to pay for their building in full There are a number of addendum's signed for by the customer for usage for a Concrete Pump, and as well a Windstorm Certificate for Jefferson County A Texas State Licensed Engineer was sent out to inspect the building from top to bottom, and per his approval the Texas Department of Insurance issued the Certificate of Compliance for the county at (120mph) wind rating.Per the contact signed by the customer on 9/10/it states, "The parties agree that if payment is not received in the office the day it is due, according to the payment schedule, it will be subject to a penalty at a daily rate of $75.00, and as such work will be suspended until payment is received Final payment is due when the building is completely erected Any damaged trim, screws, doors, etcwill be reordered and replaced ASAP, reworking or repairing damaged item does not constitute cause for withholding any portion of final payment All sales are final".According to my records as of 12/22/there have been over days that the late fee takes place Including the unpaid addendum's and final payment that is a total of $9,and counting After becoming aware of this outstanding balance it will go to legal department for lien filing We are open to possible mediation The allegations against our company are somewhat stretched to some being outright statements.I hope we can resolve this matter quickly.Thank you, and God Bless*** ***

The amount of phone calls and cancellations you are stating are highly incorrectThe wood framing of the building is not square, which I did call and notify you about. I have spoken with several people through out this process, mostly the receptionist because I can never get any one to return my phone callsI am not sure whether all my complaints have been received from her to upper management because I would not receive return phone callsI would be happy to provide my cell phone call log to show the numerous phone calls I have made. I did pay in full, I paid for my windstorm, The only addendum I signed was for the windstorm which I paid for in my final paymentNo addendum was signed nor was there an additional fee for the concrete to be pouredI DID NOT NOR DID MY WIFE SIGN THAT FORM ATTACHED FOR THE CONCRETE! Also if there was any discrepancy in what you thought I owed why was I not contacted? I am paid in full! You are welcome to come out and see that the structure is not square and that my doors do not closeAlong with the fact that I paid for a broom finish and there are several parts of the concrete that are not smooth. I would appreciate some sort of refund for the structural inadequacies

***We signed a contract on September 10th We were told that we would have someone out to lay the concrete with in two weeksAfter many unreturned phone calls and missed appointments the concrete was laid on November 29thWe continued on with this problem as we waited for the
construction of our buildingWe were told on five different occasions that the crew would be out to put up our metal buildingI would wait and go in late to work on each occasion only to find out after lunch that they would in fact not be comingFinally on December 22nd our building was completedThe contractors left the trailer in our front yard through Christmas and it was picked up days laterWhat we were told would be a to week project took almost monthsThe worst part is that the construction and framing of the building is not square, we paid extra to have our roof and trim a sand color the trim is white, and the two exterior doors do not close correctly
