Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We did not send the car back to Oze Rod Shop for repair because they already had the car for months previously. We were promised that the car would be delivered for months. When the car WAS finally dropped off, we were on vacation and did not see the car for 4-days.
If the car could not be made right in the months that they had it, using two different painters because the first one "ditched" the project, what indicator did we have that the car would be ready or completed correctly now? The additional monies that were quoted in the $13-$15k included a list of items that were not completed by Oze to make this a "turn key" car
All we received in the response to the Cincinnati Revdex.com is that Oze WANTS to pay us. Can we get a firm date for payment???
Regards,
*** ***

*** *** was offered his money back within a few weeks of receiving the car, he laughed at me when I told him thatI have sent him grills and paid shipping on them, sent him consoles paid shipping on those and windshields and paid shipping on that. As far as brake line kit, that was
made by Right Stuff, we shipped a frame to them to custom make lines for it.Have sold dozens of kits and have had no complaintsSame way with grills never had one sent backI have sold around cars since the one *** *** bought, no complaints and none sent back. Now lets talk about front suspension when we bought the company out of Canada we did not change anything on front suspension or moldsI have owned and driven a dozen of these carsWhen I had front ends aligned nobody ever said anything about front end being out 3-degreesNever in years have I had anybody complain about front suspension or shock mounting bracketsThe door latch being off, I have never measured each side to see if location are different , the molds are marked where to drill and locate. He also told me one door was 1/longer than the other door, again I have never measured anything like that nor had any complaintsHe complained about pin holes and gel coat, I have never got a fiberglass body from Canada or any other body manufacture that didnt have pin holes and loose gel in spotsThese are hand built cars, they are not perfectI have been building fiberglass cars for years, we have always had extra work to finish these cars especially paint and body work, no matter who built the body.We have never put # on body or frame, I explained how we title these cars in OhioThe state highway patrol does that after they inspect the car and receipts they issue VIN # and the customer pays sales taxEvery state is different on how they do thatI shared all of this with *** *** before he placed his orderEvery customer I have had who purchased body and frame package has asked that question, but 95% of our customers know that from past builds how to title cars.I will not give him any of his money back for a car that he has hacked up, re-welded, changed parts on frame, cut fenders for tire clearance etc*** *** has slandered us for the last yearsHe has called Hot Rod shops all over and slandered us, he's been on club hot rod and slandered us and other suppliersI think he is in over his head it's just to much for him to build a high end hot rod like we have been doing for years We have had cars featured at SEMI in Las Vegas times, cars of covers of magazines and several Good Guy awards plus NSRA awards, one we are very proud of in Louisville Kentucky NSRA Nationals Best PaintThere were over 10,cars at that show. *** ***

We have been dealing with this thru his lawyer.
Thank you

To Cincinnati Revdex.com,
On the concerns of the paint job that he wasn't happy with . It all started when we took car to deliver at interior shop and then received a call from [redacted]. that he wasn't happy with the paint job >I wanted [redacted].to be happy with the car so I offer him that I...

would pick up car at interior shop and bring it to a painter I previous  use and [redacted]. wouldn't have to pay for the balance he owes of $3990 and I would pay the rest of $4000 to painter when and only when [redacted]. gave the ok on the paint job. He didn't want that and keep coming back with prices of $13k-$15k to repaint it . This is more than it cost us when it was started at scratch with blocking etc etc. [redacted]. did follow thru taking it to his painter and in the mean time our business went from slow to almost a complete stop. My husband was injured badly at work so the items he did had to be hired out. Our business is so slow and it is not for us not taking it seriously we are here almost 7 days a week just trying to obtain business with call and promotion. We will pay [redacted]. as we told him we would over and over but when we don't have it to pay now . We just want him happy with his car. We never asked for the balanced owed  ,just want to pay him the money .
also he mention the brakes and when it left here the brakes worked fine . When you have a turn key there is always items to work out . WE  was going to use this car at our shows this year which we would fix any problems he could find but he has never brought it back down here for us to do so .
 thank you
