Has not given refund I bought a pool cue and case from Ozone on June 13, I just started playing on a league and needed a cue to practiceTheir site is full of cues, so I finally found a nice design and case and purchased it thinking snooker was a brand, since there were tons of categories by brandNo where did they specify size, or dimensions of this cueWhen I recieved it, it was TINYApparently snooker is a type of pool game, and not a brandHaving not shown any dimensions, a new player like myself had no way of knowing thisThe case was a cheap flimsy material and it was bent in halfI emailed and they said to ship back, out of my pocket, and they would provide a full refundI did this, and have proof of delivery and that was weeks agoStill no refundThese people are shadyWould never use again

I purchased a pool table from Ozone Billiards in early January After waiting for months for the table to be delivered to the warehouse and an addition weeks to have them deliver and set it up in my home, the table was not stableThe legs and sides did not match up evenly and the base of the table was distortedAfter speaking to a manager, the table was taken back to the company and the base was supposed to be redoneThe manager said he would call me back and let me know what Ozone Billiards planned on doingAfter not hearing from him for 3-days and many attempts of me calling and leaving messages for him to contact me, I finally, after a minute wait was put in contact with himHe said they were rebuilding the base of the table and he was waiting to find out how long it would take to get it back out to my houseI asked if I was going to have to wait about months and he said, just a couple weeks; that was was weeks agoI have been try to contact ***, the manag
