On 5/11/the customer filled out an online submission for information about her pest problemWe contacted her with the provided contact information immediately and explained our service including what we would do and the length of terms for the serviceThe customer agreed and the next day, on
5/12/15, we completed her first service which she paid forOne month later her 2nd service was performed and she also paid for this onemore service were completed on 9/10/and 12/11/which were not paid forWe tried many times to reach her at the same contact info she had initially provided, left many messages, and sent lettersAs the account was over months past due and all attempts to contact the customer had failed, we had no choice but to cancel the account, charge the cancellation fee for the one remaining service in the contract and send it to collectionsThe account was sent to collections on December 21st and only the information we had been using was given to the collection agencyThe customer called me on complaining of being sent to collectionsI explained that now that she's in collections she would have to work out a deal with them unless she wanted to pay her account in fullIf she was willing to pay the account in full I said I would wave the collection removal fee and I would pay that to the collections company myselfShe refused saying she shouldn't have to pay any cancellation fee'sI tried to explain that I had hadn't even charged the late payment interest fees and again said I would waive the fee to remove her account from collections if she paid the account in full but she said if I didn't take off the cancellation fee too that she would complain to the Revdex.com and put up bad review online, which she has doneI explained that my offer was the best I could do and otherwise she would have to make arrangements with the collections agency since I had already sent them the account

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't receive your invoice for Sept service, and on the December service you didn't tell me there was a balanceI didn't receive your call or for this issueYou lied about you called me many times and tried to reach meI made a phone call to you after I stopped by the property due to the tenant moved out and saw your statement thereThe balance was $178, so I called you right way to make a payment, but your response was you didn't accept $for what I owed and insisted I needed to pay the cancellation fee and you told me you already send my bill to the collection agent already and threaten to damage my creditI didn't threat you in the first placeYou took the action without trying your effortI told you it is not fair to force me to pay the cancellation fee since you cancel the last service on meI asked you to provide your phone call record to prove you did call me many time before you send the bill to the collection agent, but you just repeat what you said in the first responseNothing new.I made that phone to you to offer pay the balance before I got any call from collection agentThat service performed on December is not reach days yet, but you just cancel the service on your own without contacting me to let me agree on itYou donot have any intention to work thing out with customersIt is my right to file my complaint, and get my voice outNothing is threaten youYou were the one told me that you are going to damage my credit if I don't pay the cancellation fee, which I have no obligation to pay for it.

I have reviewed your account and the contract that you signed in 2 places and initialed in 2 places and can provide a copy if desired. The agreement clearly states that you are signing a 3 time agreement and that your service...

was discounted for signing the agreement. It also states that if you cancel the account early, a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the remaining contract value will be assessed, which was done.Again, I am sorry if you feel like you were in some way misled and am willing to meet you in the middle on this situation. Your initial service was discounted $60 for signing the agreement; I would be willing to drop the cancellation fee if you would be willing to pay the additional $60 for the first service that would have been owed with no agreement being signed.Thank you for your time.

The 1st year of our seasonal package has 5 services in it. Its stated on the service agreement and also was explained in great detail before you decided to hire us. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this has called you.

Revdex.com: because this business realized I had spoken with Consumer Affairs and a attorney.  To this complaints  their response was so falsified and proved without a doubt they acted unethically and with intention. With further review online is clear that this business has done this to many people adding a contract in the bill without any explanation or conversation about it. So I asked that you look into it because I know for one I looked up there Revdex.com and since it was an A I thought I was workng with an ethical business
