I wanted you to know that I did receive your email that you sent on August 30th and I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the resultsTo address some of the concerns you

I have reposted the images to your website with both the pre and post editing shots so that you can see the editing that went into theseI understand that you wanted more slenderization but to edit these further would distort the image
I would like to assure you that the Vacation had no impact whatsoever on my focusAs we discussed in the email sent on July 1st 2017, our session was to be a mini Session including up to outfits and a time limit of minutes, with another session to follow with about the same time allowed and outfitsYour session at your home took approximately 1/hours and you had outfit changesWhile this is even a greater duration and number of outfits than what is considered to be a full session and greater than what we originally agreed upon, I accommodated your requests because I want all of my customers to be happy with their session and picturesI had also offered to do a single outfit session for you at the lakeshore even though we had already exceeded the standard full session
The issue you have with the dog being in the picture at your feet could have been easily taken care of and the dog edited out upon requestIt was "accidentally" in the picture because you allowed the animals to run around during our photo shootAs for the picture, #16, that you held the dog to your face, there are other pictures in the same pose where the dog is lowerI included this image, as you said it was one of your favorites in the email you sent on July 7th and when we were at your house the day of the shoot
There were approximately files but when you save a single picture as a raw file and jpg, the approximately 30+ images you saw online added up to nearly files on the cameraA typical full session will net about 35-edited images
I did also want to address your statement that you said you "received nothing" in your email sent on August 30thNot only did you receive a longer session than you paid for, but you also received jpg files that were sent on July 7th
I concluded that our business was finished when you said on July 7th at 12:pm that "I ask you to keep the *** for sitting fee and your time and discard the other *** for the event cd." You did receive a full session and four files in which the four files were not additionally purchased
Again, I apologize you are unhappy with your picturesWe should have postponed your session until you had the clothing you wanted and your hair was more to your liking as you stated in your email correspondence to meMy work is very personal to meHad you said you needed to have me redo these because of issues on your end, I would haveYou instead have chosen to question my integrity and threaten me
