We mailing over 1 million pieces each...

year and certainly do not wish to waste our promotional dollars mailing to people who do not wish to attend our programs.

Dear Ms. [redacted]:
I am in receipt of your complaint that we continue to send you promotional material after you have requested removal.
First, let me apologize to you personally for this problem. We do have unsubscribe measure in place that automatically remove anyone who contacts us. We certainly do not wish to waste out promotional dollars, mailing to anyone who is not interested in our programs.
I have checked our records and have been unable to find any request in you name.
Nonetheless I have personally directly that your name and address be removed immediately from our mailing lists and will also physically inspect our records before our next mailing to assure that it has been done.
If you would be so kind, Ms, [redacted], to provide you with your email address I will ensure it is immediately removed from our system as well.
Again, please accept my sincere apologies for the upset this has caused you but assure you that it was certainly not intentional. Had you written to us directly I assure you it would also have been done expeditiously.

Happy to take her off our mailing list. But kind of difficult if you don't supply it.
