We took this person's name off manually on receipt of his *** *** *** note. We mail out literally millions of pieces each yearThere is a mechanism that we highlight for removal on our website which was never used.Not sure what they are looking for from us?

Happy to take her off our mailing listBut kind of difficult if you don't supply it

First, Ms*** *** *** *** *** et al all register for a seminar on 09/09/and that is why there names are on our listSecond, we have an automated system that removes anyone that uses it to immediate remove names from our
mailing listIt was never used
Clearly it makes no sense for us to waste money mailing brochures to people who do not wish themHowever we mail over a million pieces each year and we cannot devine who wishes to be taken off if they do not use the simple mechanism in place to take them off
Had Ms*** called our office we would have manually removed her and her associates
We will now, of course, remove the names she has supplied
