Hi Ms*** My name is *** *. I am the manager at PA Nails salon. As I already called and discussed with you about the incident on the complaint on March 31, Enclosed is my side of the story: My business nail salon is serving customers in the area for more than years
at the same *** *** in San Bernardino. We must treat our customers with respect and perform our services to the best in order for my business to last for a long period of time. On March 31, 2018, *** * *** and her boyfriend, *** (who is the grandson of my long time customer, Mrs***) is referred to get her nail done at my business. First of all, *** is confused for what kind of nail or design of she is going to do. It took her more than minutes of our time to ask her to decide the shape of her nails and gel chromes which is cost more than regular nail. The main problem that *** Mcomplained is not about our customer service issue. It is more likely about the price that her boyfriend *** paid for after all the services that she asked. *** did not complain when he paid for the services. I do not know why *** is complained about the issue when she does not pay for the service at all? She is even given a falsify information that she texted and told ***'s grandmother (Mrs***, who is my long time customer) that *** who did a bad job on her nail The nail technician (***) was asking *** during the service that whether she liked or not. *** answered everything was ok I verified this information with Mrs*** right after the incident but Mrs*** said she never heard from *** at all. That's is wrong information that *** Mgave to damage my business reputation. I have evidences and witnesses to proof this matter and will go further against Ms*** I*** to give falsify information to damage our business reputation The service was only $dollars in which not a big deal that made me to worry about. I offered to her to come back on Monday 4/2/to fix her nails. I cut down her nail shorter (as she requested) and gave *** (who paid for the service and refunded him $back) just because he is the grandson of my long time customer. They were ok with the solution and walked out of my business without complaint because I gave them $back (that was the main money issues not customer services at all) The solution is solved. Please let me know anything else that you need from us I may file a civil case to Ms*** * *** for damaging my business reputation and the time that I spent on this matterThank you Ms***
