Hello my name is [redacted] I received a letter from you concerning work performed at [redacted] *v.I am going to attach a copy of contract between [redacted] The contract agreement was just for a concrete slab 24'x30'x7.5" thick for a total of $All the concrete work is doneAll the other work would have been extra workI had explained that I would not be able to do the extra work until I get caught up on all my other work that I already had contracts signed on and was getting close to completion datesThat was not good enough for him and he started threatening to sue me so I packed up my tools and when onI did receive 1/down and 1/half way through the project but that is all that I was payed and I asked for a check but they insisted on cash, I don't have any clue where they got that he gave me a extra 300$The contract also states that he would supply the major tools to complete the job ( backhoe-concrete saws/tools) we had discussed that I am just starting my handyman service that I don't totally have all the concrete toolsHe did rent the backhoe for the grading then I had to rent the concrete tools and the concrete saw to cut old concrete away from basement stepsI was to get reimbursed for that and never didI really want to be a successful business owner and I don't want a unhappy homeowner because of my workBut my crew and I did a lot of unnessasary work in the first couple of days because the area was not free of all the debrisI wouldn't mind doing his other work but I didn't get all the way payed for the first sectionI apologize for any inconvenience to all parties involvedPlease let me know what we need to do moving forward

work is done. All the other work would have been extra work. I had explained that I would not be able to do the extra work until I get caught up on all my other work that I already had contracts signed on and was getting close to completion dates. That was not good enough for him and he started threatening to sue me so I packed up my tools and when on. I did receive 1/3 down and 1/3 half way through the project but that is all that I was payed and I asked for a check but they insisted on cash, I don't have any clue where they got that he gave me a extra 300$. The contract also states that he would supply the major tools to complete the job ( backhoe-concrete saws/tools) we had discussed that I am just starting my handyman service that I don't totally have all the concrete tools. He did rent the backhoe for the grading then I had to rent the concrete tools and the concrete saw to cut old concrete away from basement steps. I was to get reimbursed for that and never did. I really want to be a successful business owner and I don't want a unhappy homeowner because of my work. But my crew and I did a lot of unnessasary work in the first couple of days because the area was not free of all the debris. I wouldn't mind doing his other work but I didn't get all the way payed for the first section. I apologize for any inconvenience to all parties involved. Please let me know what we need to do moving forward.
