little bit of a hurry to purchase a vehicle on that day, I am truthful in my account that it was close to time for the business to close. I did have a rental car to be returned that very day but that seems pretty irrelevant to this matter. I was never advised to take the vehicle to any mechanic or advised to purchase any warrantee from the dealer or otherwise and never had the offer. Honestly, I would like to admit that while driving the vehicle, I did notice (what I thought to be) minor problems with the brakes, power steering and alignment. I would expect minor problems such as these with any used vehicle and was perfectly willing to have them fixed at my own expense. The MAJOR problem with the vehicle (which I notice[redacted] avoided completely in her statement) is that the underside of the vehicle is completely rusted out to the point where trying to repair or replace components of the vehicle will be virtually impossible due to the amount of corrosion present and that the frame of the vehicle is rusted so bad that it is completely eaten through in some places and even patched together using body filler making the vehicle unsafe to be on the road. Furthermore I can not believe that they had another buyer ready for the vehicle because I did look at the truck on 4 different occasions but only even considered purchasing the truck myself after the truck was reduced in price by almost $2000 dollars, and also by the time I was done with a short test drive,[redacted] had already had ALL the paperwork ready to get me to sign all to quickly. So quickly to be done in fact that she would not even allow me to address ANY issues that I had. Also having three mechanics look at the vehicle and tell me that there was no inexpensive way to repair the vehicle, and that there was no way to repair the frame damage, I had tried to speak with [redacted] at the dealership about the rusted out frame and how very dangerous the vehicle is, and she would not listen to my complaint. More so I would like it to be know that other federal, state, and local agencies have been contacted about this matter and that P and H wholesale and their owner(s) are facing fines of up to $10,000 and possibly losing their license to operate. The[redacted], and the[redacted] all are very interested In this matter and the outcome of it. All I am looking for here is quite simply my $1500 dollars down payment back and I will be more than happy to drop any and all complaints that I have against P and H wholesale. They have already retaken possession of the vehicle so all I am looking for is a complete refund of what money I invested in purchasing the truck to start with and all parties involved can go on their way. If they do not wish to return my down payment, I will continue to pursue this matter and will do everything in my power to get the business shut down

To Whom it may concern:
In response to [redacted] complaint, there are several inconsistencies in his statement that I am going to respond to.
The first issue that I wish to address is that [redacted] visited my office on four different occasions prior to purchase looking at the vehicle in question. On the day that [redacted] purchased the vehicle we had extended hours of operation. [redacted] purchased the vehicle at lunch time; we were in no hurry to close since we had an additional 5 hours left in the business day.
On the day that [redacted] purchased the vehicle, he drove it and I made the recommendation for him to take it to a mechanic of his choice, like I tell all of my customers because the vehicles are as is. We also inform our customers that there are several online sites that they can visit to customize and purchase warranties for their vehicles cheaper than they can purchase a warranty from a dealer. On the day of purchase [redacted] was adamant about purchasing that day because he had to return the rental car by the end of the day that he was issued from an insurance company due to an insurance claim on a vehicle that he had purchased less than a month before.
On the day of purchase [redacted] never addressed any issue about the brakes or power steering. The only two things he asked about were why the vehicle had a loud exhaust sound; I told him it had an exhaust leak. The other thing that [redacted] addressed was the radio. When he cut the car off and opened the door the radio still played. I explained that it was an after-market radio and he would just have to turn the radio off when he exited the vehicle. [redacted] was satisfied when he left here.
When the vehicle left here with [redacted] it did not have any issues with the brakes and the power steering. I personally have driven this vehicle and have had no problems with it. Also, I have had several customers drive the vehicle; one in particular took it to his mechanic who found nothing wrong with the vehicle. That customer was waiting on his money to come in so he could purchase the vehicle. [redacted] just so happened to come in with his money first.
