the business reply neglects the fact they agreed in writing to mail a full refund, not to issue a store credit:(from their email on august:) 'if by Friday your refund is not displayed back in your credit card, let us know and we will mail you a Company check for the amount of your order.'(from their email on august:) 'if you are unable to wait we can cancel your last processed refund and mail you a company check for the total of your order'assuming that they did actually attempt a refund to the debit card, the fact that it did not work is irrelevant. the business has promised a full refund, they promised this in writing, and I expect them to keep their promise.the information they give via email is very sketchy. they were unable to verify any attempted refunds to the debit card. this was their claim as to why they did not mail the refund...(from their email on september:) 'We have not sent you the check yet, because the two refunds we have sent back to your card have not been posted back into ours, we are investigating the reason why'i asked how long this investigation might take, and never received a reply. and since september, I have received no reply to my enquiries.again, this business has promised in writing to mail a full refund, and I expect them to keep their promise

Review: On 11/25/14 I ordered a computer motherboard which the company advertised as having. I was told first the product was delayed because of holidays; two months later I was told a shipment came that didn't meet their criteria, and they were expecting another shipment in 2 weeks. After three months (the 90 day period) I found another motherboard from a different supplier and requested a refund of my $388. 00. I was told the refund the processing. It is now July 2015 and I have heard nothing else from these people.

I was charged for a product and shipping charges on an item they didn't have, or could not get. No sale took place since no commodity was ever exchanged. They simply took my money.Desired Settlement: At this point I simply want my money back.

Review: I am attempting to collect a promised refund of $314.55 for an order cancelled on 11july2015. all communication with this company is via email, and this company has been employing delay tactics to avoid giving the refund. details as follows...

13july - company emailed me that the 'payment had been refunded, but allow 5 to 7 days for it to show on the account'. 21july - I asked the company to verify the refund, they said they would 'forward the request to their billing department'. 27july - I had received no reply, and emailed them again, they said they would 'escalate the claim to their accounting department'. 30july - I emailed them again, they said the 'accounting department issued a new refund, but allow 3 to 5 days'. 07 august - still no refund, and I emailed them again; they said 'it may take up to 30 days to process, just wait until it shows up'. 10august - I emailed them again; they would send out a cheque if no refund appeared by the end of the week. 23august - I said there was still no refund, and asked them to send a cheque; they said 'that's very strange, we'll forward it to our accounting department', and asked me to verify my mailing address, which I sent. 06september - I emailed them asking if the cheque had been sent; no reply. ...I also emailed on 14, 21 and 22september. no reply to any email. 25september - send five concurrent emails asking if the refun had been issued; they replied that 'the two refunds we sent haven't posted back to our account, we are investigating'. I asked them how long this might take, received no reply. 08,09, & 10october - emailed them again; they send a form email indicating that a 'store credit had been given' and to 'contact my sales representative for a coupon code'. I continue to email them asking simply: 'when will you send the $314.55 refund you promised from order 15803?', but there have been no futher replies from this company.Desired Settlement: all I wish is a refund from the cancelled order.

Review: On June 12th 2014 I ordered an EVGA nForce 780i SLI motherboard from the pcplanetsystems.com website for the amount of 320.00. The items was labeled as "EVGA nForce 780i SLI" and the picture of this item was a "780i SLI". The estimated ship date for this product was 5-9 business days. My credit card was billed the date I placed the order. After 8 business days of receiving no shipment notification I attempted to contact the vendor at the customer service number on their website (which always rings through to a voice message stating that you should contact them via email or their online chat support). The chat system appears to be dysfunctional as one types in their message and never gets a response. Multiple e-mails went unanswered. After 3 days of calling someone finally answered the phone and I was told that my order would be shipping that afternoon (11 business days after the order was placed). I was told that I would receive an email notification when the order shipped, along with the tracking information. The following day, after having received no e-mail, I contacted the company via phone again and was told that my order had just shipped and that I should be receiving an email notification shortly. This was around June 27th. My order was finally shipped on July 1st and arrived on July 7th, 28 days after he order was placed. To my dismay, upon opening the package it was discovered that I had been sent an EVGA nForce 680i SLI motherboard instead of the nForce 780i SLI motherboard I purchased. I have been attempting to contact pcplanetsystems.com aka mobo savers for the past 4 business days via phone and emails to request information on how to return the product and receive a refund. I am unable to get through to anyone at their customer service number, and my emails remain unanswered. I contacted my bank today to start the chargeback process. The item has been shipped back to the vendor at my own expense.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of the initial order of $319.65 (which includes the shipping to me), as well as an additional amount of $9.73 to cover the expenses of having this item shipped back to the vendor.

This company has NEVER emailed a reply to me via email and I challenge them to present any such emails to the Revdex.com. I DID NOT use this company's RMA process because I could not contact them to see if there was an RMA process. I returned the item to the "shipped from" address as directed by my bank. The item was returned because it was not the item I purchased. This purchase has not been charged back yet as the bank must wait 15 days for a response from the company before issuing a chargeback. My bank has been trying to reach the company since July 7th when I contacted them, and has not been able to reach the company. If resolution is not reached by the 21st (Monday), the bank will be reversing the charge. So, I guess if this company wishes to avoid the additional fees incurred with a chargeback, that they should refund the cost of the purchase and return shipping to my bank account before that time. As they have yet to contact myself or my banking institution to resolve this issue, I sincerely doubt this will happen.

Review: On 4/12/14 I ordered a PC game Tiger Woods golf game. They have never sent the game and they took the money out of my account immediately. I heard from them once and they said it was on the way. I have never received it and they won't answer emails nor answer the phone. The order #[redacted] was used. Still sending them emails daily but no answer. No one there to answer the live chat either. I know it was only $20 but I would still like to play the game.

Review: Ordered Logitech Cordless Desktop MX5000 w/Bluetooth Hub Laser Mouse & Keyboard Combo for $143.60 including FedEx/UPS Ground shipping. Received order confirmation and my bank account was charged the full amount. A week or so later, received an update that the order needed to be shipped from their China warehouse and that I would be sent an update when the order arrived in the US. After about a month, I used the online chat function on their web site and was told that the order had just come in from China and would be shipped to me by mid week. I received an email a couple of days later indicating that the order had been shipped to me, but no tracking information was provided. On June 16, again used the chat function and was told again that the order had just come in from China and would be shipped today. I noted that I had been told the same thing 2 weeks earlier but got no explanation other than that I would get a tracking number later in the day. I received an email a few hours later stating that the order had shipped and that I could go to their web site to get the tracking number. I did and it was available. Upon checking the FedEx web site, it noted that the shipment had been logged but not physically provided to FedEx. Two days later, the status was the same. Again used the chat function and was told that the order had been picked up by FedEx and would be received early next week. They explained that the FedEx web site sometimes took 24 hours to update. I called FedEx and they confirmed that the package had not yet been provided to them and that their web site updates instantly. I've now read numerous online reviews of this business where this is essentially how every order goes. They are known to offer a refund, without explaining why they'd do that for an order they supposedly already shipped, and then the refund never happens. They are also known for threatening legal or collections action if the dispute is reported to the Revdex.com or bank; again funny because how can you file for collections on money already paid? This company is clearly just a scam operation and does not actually have the merchandise I ordered.Desired Settlement: If they actually have the merchandise, then they can ship it since I already paid for it. Otherwise, I want a full refund immediately.

Review: I tried to order the item from PC Planet Systems for the first time. After I placed my order I did't get any confirmation emails within 5 min. However usually such emails I receive from ANY suppliers I'm working with right away. I contacted the Sales Rep through Live Chat and he (or she) assured me that such email had been sent. And indeed within 30 sec I got such email. However this so called Confirmation email DIDN'T EVEN CONFIRM the item I had ordered?! It stated just a Order Number. Ordered Logitech Cordless Desktop MX5000 w/Bluetooth Hub Laser Mouse & Keyboard Combo for $143.60 including FedEx/UPS Ground shipping. Received order confirmation and my bank account was charged the full amount. A week or so later, received an update that the order needed to be shipped from their China warehouse and that I would be sent an update when the order arrived in the US. After about a month, I used the online chat function on their web site and was told that the order had just come in from China and would be shipped to me by mid week. I received an email a couple of days later indicating that the order had been shipped to me, but no tracking information was provided. On June 16, again used the chat function and was told again that the order had just come in from China and would be shipped today. I noted that I had been told the same thing 2 weeks earlier but got no explanation other than that I would get a tracking number later in the day. I received an email a few hours later stating that the order had shipped and that I could go to their web site to get the tracking number. I did and it was available. Upon checking the FedEx web site, it noted that the shipment had been logged but not physically provided to FedEx. Two days later, the status was the same. Again used the chat function and was told that the order had been picked up by FedEx and would be received early next week. They explained that the FedEx web site sometimes took 24 hours to update. I called FedEx and they confirmed that the package had not yet been provided to them and that their web site updates instantly. I've now read numerous online reviews of this business where this is essentially how every order goes. They are known to offer a refund, without explaining why they'd do that for an order they supposedly already shipped, and then the refund never happens. They are also known for threatening legal or collections action if the dispute is reported to the Revdex.com or bank; again funny because how can you file for collections on money already paid? This company is clearly just a scam operation and does not actually have the merchandise I ordered.
