Review: In June of 2015, I was notified by P&C Replacement Windows that I had won a $500 certificate at the Pgh Home and Garden Show from them. My husband and I set up and estimate for windows for our sunroom. We ultimately signed a contract with them for 3 windows costing around $3000. My husband then lost his job, so we called to advise them that we had changed our minds, but we did not want to pay the cancellation cost, so we advised them that we would like to consider purchasing possibly two storm doors from them. After months of back and forth with them, many times going several weeks without any contact or call backs from them, we finally purchased a storm door for the amount of $1600 from them. The loan paperwork was changed to reflect our new purchase, we were not informed that the interest rate on the loan with [redacted] had changed from 9.99% to 25%. The door was installed in January of 2016, by March it had broken. We emailed them pictures and were told that it was a manufacturing problem with the door. This was after the installer had to come out twice to correct installation errors. After over a month with no satisfaction, we removed the door from our house and returned it to their office personally. The owner, Mr. M[redacted], was out of town. On August 22nd, I spoke with Mr. M[redacted] regarding this issue and was told that I needed to "give him a little time to figure out who would be paying him back". For over one week now I have left 4 messages for Mr. M[redacted] personally with no return calls. All we want is a complete refund of the door. This is also affect our credit as he did not contact [redacted] as he indicated he would. We do not want to take this to small claims court, no legal action as been filed as of yet.Desired Settlement: We want a complete refund of the door without having to go to small claims court. No legal action has been filed as of yet.

Review: A year after having my kitchen cabinets refaced, the front fell off of the silverware drawer .there is also a section of baseboard that has come loose ( for the second time) I have called P&C every week for 5 weeks , trying to get this fixed with no success . They don't return my calls to their voice mail system . I did connect with one lady twice , by accident , and all I got was excuses " we're so busy , the technician is on vacation , etc., etc., after spending thousands of dollars on the kitchen , I expect them to make this right !Desired Settlement: Repair

Review: This is a repair issue and customer service complaint. I contacted P&C replacement a few weeks ago inquiring about a door handle on my storm door. At that time I was told it was not under warranty, and I would have to pay for a replacement door handle. I called them Monday September 22nd and was told by the lady in the customer service department that I would hear back Tuesday from them. I called everyday left messages and never received a phone call back. Then I started getting a recording saying voice mail system full. Until today I got through the line and the same lady that took my call om Monday answered the phone. Told me she forwarded my information to [redacted]. Also said that the company that makes the door handle hasn't responded, and that it was on back order. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. While on the phone she did nothing but over talk me,and interrupted me, and then hung up on me. Now when I try back I get a recording that the voice mail systems are full. Cant get through the line.Desired Settlement: All I would like is a simple phone call. I would like to know how long its on back order, and cost of door handle. I would also like product and manufacture information.

Hello Mrs. [redacted],

Review: My husband and I signed a contract for a front door and side storm door on July 7, 2015. We paid $400 down. Was contacted in November stating they were confused about the door because the order was written by their sales person for 2 different openings. My husband explained the door is for the front and the storm door was for the side doorway. The sales person knew this when we ordered. Another sales person came out on November 7th, 2015 and wrote up an addendum to the order which I do not understand why. I called the company the week before christmas asking when we would be getting our doors since it has been 6 months. He told me I should not be upset because I only paid $400 and that I could not cancel the order and get my money back because the doors were already made. He called my husband 10 minutes later and said our doors would in the week of christmas. Here we are January 12 and still no doors that were ordered in July. At this point I would like my money back and to cancel the order. If the doors were already made where are they?Desired Settlement: I want my $400 back and the order canceled. Owner is stating that he cannot because the doors were already made.

If they were already made then where are they ? We have been waiting since July 7 2015,

Review: Dear Revdex.com,My Name is [redacted] the son of 80 year old [redacted]. This a sale representative P and C Replacement Window [redacted] conducted predatory practices on my 80 year old mother to sign a contract for some work in her house. She is on a fixed income and cannot pay her bills now. She ([redacted]) used the fact that my mother has 10 years to pay back a loan. This may will bring her age to 90 year old, she might not be alive of even cook. What kind of person would use hard and evasive sale tactics on the elderly. I think this company should be sued or shut down for this practice and I believe they will do it again, preying on the elderly. It I was not around they would have tried to take the very home she lives in if she could not pay. I will be following up with a lawyer if nothing in done to this company.Desired Settlement: Investigation into predatory practices on the elderly and others, and new room channel * questions.

Hello Mrs.[redacted]:P&C Replacement Windows, Inc., strives on providing our customers with excellent customer care and high quality energy efficient home improvement products. When our customers are not satisfied, we make every effort to resolve any problems and concerns as soon as possible. Customer service is an important aspect for us to remain viable. Mrs. [redacted] attended the 2015 Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show and entered her name in a Sweepstakes that was going on at the show. Each customer who attended the show and filled-out the slips received a show discount in the event that they purchased any products (see attached). Mrs. [redacted] was contacted and stated that she wanted to look at our kitchen restyling products. An appointment was set and when [redacted], the Sales Rep met with her, Mrs. [redacted] stated that she hates the ugly green color that someone painted her kitchen and she wants to replace it. We did not force Mrs. [redacted] into buying anything. She explained to the Rep repeatedly that she wanted a new kitchen. Even after her son called our office, we called to assure her that we were not forcing her into anything. Mrs. [redacted] apologized to the Rep regarding her son’s call and said to Mrs. [redacted], that I really wanted a new kitchen, but my son thinks he is going to get stuck with the bill. The loan is unsecured so no one can take her home. We immediately cancelled the contract and the [redacted] loan. We do not practice predatory lending on the elderly or any other consumer. We will not contact this customer again. If the customer has any additional questions or concerns we will provide him with the address and telephone number of our corporate attorney. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

Review: I attended the Pittsburgh Home and Garden show and submitted an entry to win penguin tickets. I was notified on Tuesday March 31 that my name was chosen for a $500 gift certificate toward the purchase of anything the company provided. I was in the market for a storm door so agreed to have them come out. When the man arrived he informed us that "everyone " wins a certificate . He also said they would not just do a storm door but only did both the main door and the storm door as a set. I looked through his catalog and selected a door and storm door. After he gave us the price he said he could give us a better discount of $1000. We informed him we needed to discuss the purchase before we could commit to spending $5200 on the spot. He was very condescending of our desire to discuss it saying that he realized it wasn't Fox Chapel but he did not know anyone who could not afford their payment plan of $56.00 per month for 10 years with a low percentage of 9.9. First off this man does not know my finances and secondly maybe I am not willing to pay on credit but rather with cash. He also told us if he had to come back we would lose the discount because making another trip would "take him away from other customers". I try to use businesses referred to me by people who have used them . If this man is truly interested in his customers and the referral they may give , he should perhaps not be so rude. He was in my home treating my husband and I like we were putting him out and taking his time. I did not call P & c they called me. I do need to replace my storm door and am willing to pay twice the price given to me by this company just to never have to hear from them again. I think someone at the Home and Garden Show should be made aware of the business practices of this company to keep the integrity of their show. Such a scam and such a horrible salesperson to represent this company in peoples private homes. Wish I would have thrown him out.Desired Settlement: an apology from the company for the rudeness and condescending attitude of this salesperson

Review: we bought windows in 2004. We were told they would replace them free of charge no matter the cause of the break. I had a window break while trying to remove a something with a steamer. I also needed the opening mechanism replaced because it rusted. I called and told them what I needed in Nov. the first few times they were responsive but have since been non communicative. I just want the replacement pane and the mechanism replaced. Please help me if you can. Thank you for your time.

Response:

We make every effort to totally satisfy our customers. Our warranty does cover breakage and replacement parts. I am checking on the status of her replacement parts. Our windows and parts come from the manufacturer, normal operating is covered under the glass breakage warranty, any reason for the glass breaking is not covered under the warranty, there is a charge under some conditions. I think her window parts and glass is covered. We did send the information to the manufacturer. I am checking on her service parts and replacement. The parts usually take a few weeks to come back. Thank you.

Review: My husband and I closed on our house November 7, 2014. As part of the sale of the house, it was pre-arranged to have a new front entry door and front storm door installed. The entry door, however, was on special order and according to our contract, was to be installed by December 5, 2014. The contract also states that P&C Replacement Windows would make arrangements with us to schedule the exact installation date. Up until early summer (approx. 6 months later) of this year, we did not hear from this company. The previous owner reached out to them, as well as our realtor and with no return call. When I finally got in touch with the office manager, she said that the scheduler would contact me. This scheduler never contacted me. A few weeks later (9/29) I contacted my realtor to update him on the situation, and he gave me the contact information for the scheduler. I called his cell phone the same day and he said that he would put together his schedule for the upcoming week on Thursday. I told him the exact dates of the upcoming week that I would be available at home. By that weekend we had not heard from the scheduler to confirm a date for installation. We called the scheduler on 10/9/15 to follow up and he said there was "no room in the schedule." We called him again the following week to check for installation times, and his voice mail was full and we were unable to leave him a message. On 10/16/15, I called the office manager and left her a voicemail detailing my dissatisfaction with the company's service and timeliness on this matter. On 10/23/15, she called my husband's phone (not mine) and left a message saying that they would like to schedule the installation for Monday 10/26/15 at 11:00. We called them back 10/23 at 3:00pm to confirm the installation. On 10/26/15, at 10:15, I called the re-confirm that the installation would be occurring at 11:00, and was told that they "never received my confirmation phone call." Needless to say, I took off work to be at home that day and I structured my entire day around this installation and they did not show up. The covering office manager set up at time for the next day, 10/27 at 9:00am, which I said would be ok. On 10/27, at 9:15am - fifteen minutes after the time they should have been at the house for installation - my husband receives a phone call stating there is "a problem with the installer" and they cannot come again. I called the office manager and reiterated my dissatisfaction to which she says she will give my contact information to an installer and he will call me to discuss available times. I told her that I cannot continue to re-do my work schedule to work around something that should have been done almost a year ago. As of now, an hour later, no one has returned a phone call to my husband or me.Desired Settlement: We want the two doors installed immediately. Without hassle.

The original contract was filed by the previous owner, however became part of the sale of the house, and so we ended up paying the cost during the sale of the house. I will double check on this and contact the previous owner. Thank you.

Review: This business called us to come to give us an estimate for windows. (They had purchased the customer base (along with our name) from [redacted] which is now out of business and had replaced some of our windows 20 yrs ago.) When P&C called (and they have been calling us for YEARS, even though I had told them to take our name off their customer call list at least two times), they stated the salesman would come measure our windows and leave an estimate with us. They were doing special buy-back pricing for [redacted] customers. Quick and easy, no strings attached. Since we were now in the market to replace two other windows, we made an appt. The salesman made us listen to the whole sales pitch about why these windows were the greatest things on earth...1 1/2 hrs later, he gives us a price and tells us we have to sign that day to receive this "discounted" price. If we didn't sign that day, he gave us a "non-discounted" price. Both prices, quite honestly, were outrageous. I called the "manager" after the salesman left to complain about the high pressure sales pitch used, and he just kept saying "Let me talk to the owner and see what we can do, and I'll call you back tomorrow." He called back TWO DAYS later and left a message that said something that if we were still interested he would talk to the owner for us, which resolved nothing. I feel they lied about their intent when contacting us and were not straight forward about their "special buy back pricing" and used devious and deceitful sales tactics.Desired Settlement: Not to call us again and stop using those types of under handed sales tactics.

Response:

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The company is right. They did not misrepresent their products or delay any services, but they did use devious and deceitful sales tactics to gain my trust to set up an appointment to come to my home. I asked the woman who called me (we did not contact them) if there would be any pressure to buy when the salesman came, she said, "No, he will simply measure the windows and leave you with an estimate for you folks to do with as you please." When the salesman came, he didn't simply measure the windows and leave an estimate. We sat and listened to his presentation for an hour and a half and then were told we had to sign a contract that night or the "discounted" estimate we were promised would be void. If we decided to buy from them later, we would pay 25% more. I called the manager and was told he would speak to the owner and see what he could do and call me back the next evening. Two days later, he called and said he was going to talk to the owner, which is what he had already told us he was going to do. I just feel that their intentions were misrepresented to me when they contacted me asking to come into my home and give me an estimate. I wasted two hours of my time with these people and felt very pressured to buy their product. They act like there's nothing wrong with that. I've gotten at least five estimates from different companies and was never pressured into signing a contract immediately. I just feel that if they're soliciting me and trying to pressure me that way, what happens if they get a young couple who aren't experienced with contractors, or worse yet, an elderly couple, who are easily manipulated. I'm convinced they would have signed a contract for an outrageous amount for windows they may not need.

Review: purchased windows in sept. 2008 , was told by sale man that all gaurented for 50 years and a life time glass breakage warranty. the time I contacted them the bathroom window bracket became rusted and our living room window started to leak. I called and explained the situation and was told someone will be in contact with me. after several months went by I contacted them again, at this time the woman on the phone then stated she will have someone come out and look at the windows I then had a nice man come out and inspect the windows , he said the living room window was not their fault but the bathroom window was the bracket was so rusted at this time we could not open the window all the way he stated he would put in for it to be repaired, then I heard nothing again so I called again the woman on the phone stated they sent us a bracket to replace the rusted one. I told her why would I try to repair a window when I know nothing of repairing t and I never agreed with that, she said she would have someone contact me on a date to repair it. after some time we where at the home show and saw the display they had and again asked if someone could please fix our window because now it is leaking and going down the side of the house and we are in fear it is getting inside the brick, they took our number and that was all, the last time I contacted myself I was told Ithere was a 90.00 labor fee for them to come I stated there is nothing in the contract about a labor fee my son called this week and talked with [redacted] and asked for the owner to please return his call and he never did .....Desired Settlement: my window fixed but now it leaks down the outside of my house the window is in the shower and the brick cracked I don't know if there is a problem that now is interior

Review: The owner of the company came out to give us an estimate on refacing kitchen cabinets. The installer came out to measure and said the cabinet were too old and because of this he could not accomplish what we wanted in the contract. We called the owner and asked for a refund. He came out and we showed him what the problem is to why the installer did not recommend the refacing. The installer had made suggestions that we liked but too expensive and could not do at the time due to other household repairs. The owner after trying to convince us to get the job done and would give us new cabinets to do it the original way not the suggested way by the installer. We said we would rather wait and do the bigger and better option the installer suggested. The owner said we could get a refund. After calling several times we finally get him and he said it was in the mail. Still did not get the money. Called the company and she said she did not know able the refund and a check to us was never generated. We did get a letter in the mail it stated we could get a refund minus 25%. The company would not bend saying it this info was on back of the agreement. The owner never verbalized this either. Do not use this company cheating hard working people for their money. Sometimes life happens and other repairs are needed and money becomes an issue. Because we could not remodel the kitchen at that time the owner did not want to hear it and kept on going round and round with us. Instead of being understanding on unforeseen issues the owner adamantly wanted to put us in the hole and have us take out a loan anyway. On top of all of this my elderly 83 year old mother in law was admitted to the hospital. We explained this and apologized to the owner and we just wanted our money back. The free estimate turned out to cost us 25%. A business should never to this. Now we will never us this company and we will make sure our friends know this. Still have not received a check.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment refunded of 2170.00. No work was started and nothing was built for this project. The only time was spent was from the salesperson/owner who came to my home to give a free estimate. The installer came many weeks later to measure and to give his suggestions(which did not agree with the salesperson).

HELLO MRS. [redacted],

Review: This company used misleading claims to get into my house. I was called by a sales rep and congratulated for winning their local sweepstakes drawing for $500 toward windows. She told me that there was no purchase obligation and that they would send someone to my house to measure the windows, give me prices, and give me the certificate. All they asked in return was that I consider them for any future window purchases. I asked if I could purchase just the windows without their installation, and she said that was perfectly fine. Come appointment time, a man (not the woman who said she'd come over) came in a talked me and my husband's ear off about the windows for 2.5 hours (2:15-4:45). Taking up over 2 hours of someone's time is not acceptable. We asked if we could buy the windows and not use their installers (as we were told we could do), and the man was incredulous and said the company would never allow it. No one gave us a written estimate. It was just doodles in his notebook. When we asked how long we had to think about it, we were told we only had that day. If he had to come back, it would cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and would take time away from customers making a larger purchase than we were. We were basically told we weren't spending enough money to be worth another visit. I asked about the sweepstakes drawing certificate, and the guy told us we were getting their 20% off offer, so the certificate didn't matter. Why would we not get the $500 off of the estimate if we truly won a drawing? My husband and I tried to end the transaction but the man kept insisting we could easily afford the monthly payments and we'd be foolish not to do it. He made a lot of assumptions about what we could and could not afford when that is our choice. We eventually signed the contact to satisfy him and get him out and then cancelled the transaction. We hated to do it, but we were starting to push 2.5 hours, and we didn't know what else to do. I'm very upset this company lied to me to get in my front door. That is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: People need to be educated on what this company does. I would just like the company to stop forcing their way into homes with misleading claims. You can't excite a customer by telling them they won a drawing and then take it back once you have a salesman in the house. We went from excitement to anger pretty quickly, and this sales ploy backfired. Also, you need to cap the amount of time your representatives spend with each person. I understand that your windows have a lot of great features, but 2.5 hours is horrible. I should not have to feel like forcing a sales rep out of my house. You have got to do something about this.

Review: I had the Gutter Pro system installed 10/27/09. A serviceman was to come around to check on the system approximately 1 year later--he did not. Two and one half months ago we noticed that the gutter cover on the back of the house had buckled up about 3 to 4 inches above the gutter allowing debris to go right into the gutter. I began calling the service number immediately and talked to [redacted] once. She assured me that she would get right back to me to set up a time for a serviceman to inspect the damage--which she did not. I have called repeatedly and now only am able to leave voice messages--which go unanswered. A serviceman did call three weeks ago and said he would come when his truck is out of the shop. Haven't heard from him since.Desired Settlement: I want my Gutter Pro system to be repaired to its full usefulness. In addition, I really would like to be able to talk to a REAL person about my issues.

Review: My mother had 2 doors replaced last fall. One of these doors was installed with a dent in it. The installer told my mother that they would come back in the spring and replace it. After spring ended and no one came, she called the company and explained the situation. She was told that someone would contact her. No one did. Several more calls were made explaining that situation, with no one calling back. After waiting months, I called the company. I asked that they contact me about the door. They ignored my request and finally called my mother back, not me. She spoke with Gino who told her to contact the manufacturer. Why? They did not install the dented door. He also told her not to let her daughter call. My mother is 83 years old and I believe they are trying to take advantage of her.Desired Settlement: I want to be the party contacted on this situation. I no longer trust them talking to my mother. She wants what she paid for. A new door without a dent.

HELLO MRS. [redacted],

Review: [redacted]I received a call from P & C Window Replacement Company for a free in home estimate and window inspection. I was told I would receive a $500 coupon that could be used for one year and the estimate would be good for a year. I could also replace one window at a time. I am looking for new windows and gave them permission to contact me. The caller also told me they were approved by the Revdex.com.When the salesman arrived, he was only interested in the windows that I needed replaced immediately. He never looked at my other windows. I was told it was not worth their while to do less than 4 windows at a time. He said he did not have a coupon for me and didn't know why the caller told me what she did. He claimed oral contracts don't stand up in court in PA. I told him the company was misrepresenting themselves to consumers. The estimate was only good for the time he was there. Once he left it was going to go up $1,500. He did not provide any sort of written estimate. I asked for one, but he refused. He wouldn't take no for an answer when I told him I wasn't comfortable making a decision at that moment. He told me it was going to cost the company millions of dollars if he had to come back out another time to sign the contract or if I went to the office to sign a contract. He said he could have spent his time with a customer who was going to purchase $15,000 in windows instead of me.This is from their website:"FREE No-Obligation In-Home EstimateWe are always happy to answer your questions about our quality products, and to provide a FREE, no obligation estimate in the comfort and convenience of your own home. At the end of the visit, you'll receive a complete estimate - with no hidden costs or addtional fees. That way you can make an informed decision."Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop misleading consumers. Consumers need to be informed of their misleading practices. I myself will not ever use this company nor will I recommend this company. I met them at the Washington County Fair. I am informing the fair board of this Revdex.com Complaint.

Hello Mrs. [redacted]

Review: I ordered a door from P & C Replacement Windows, Inc. on January 28, 2014. I purchased it thru [redacted]. The cost was for $2,800; 560 down and 2,240 after the work was finished. They said they would call me to set up a date for an installer to come out to the house to take measurements. Then they would call me to set a date and time for him to come back to install it. It was to be installed on May 7, 2014. I received a voice mail from P & C on May 6th telling me they found a dent on the door and that they were canceling the installation. I called them back on the 8th and they told me it would take another 2 to 3 weeks. I tried to call them on May 30th and got no answer. Then, I called [redacted] to tell them I still haven't got the door and I'd been making payments on it for the past 2 months. They asked me if I wanted to put in a dispute and I said yes. She told me the dispute department; however, wasn't in. She said that they would call me tomorrow. They called me that Saturday to verify that I wanted to put in a dispute. She told me that they would contact them and if I didn't hear from P & C by Monday to call them back on Tuesday. On June 3th, I called [redacted] after no one contacted me. They told me that the dispute could take anywhere from 2 to 16 weeks. He also said that P & C sent them an e-mail. It has been over 4 months and still nothing is done yet. I want this to be resolved in a much more timely manner.Desired Settlement: I want out of the contract and get my money back that I've already paid.

HELLO MRS. [redacted]:

Review: On August 28,2013 we signed a contract with P&C for new windows, new storm door and kitchen/hallway flooring. The windows were installed by the end of Sept. by a man and his son who were good, courteous workers. We later had questions about the size of the windows in the opening. We thought the windows may have been too small for the opening and they used extra caulking and trim to hide the excess opening discrepancy. We asked the owner about this but he could not answer our questions. The installer was in the hospital so we could not ask him directly. We then had flooring to be installed. Told it would take 2 weeks to receive order. I assumed the order was placed. I called 2 weeks later and the order had still not been placed. Said there was a measurement discrepancy when only 1 person measured. Order was placed. Was told it would take 2 days to install. It has been 5 days and the grouting is still not done to finish the job. I was told he would be here TODAY at 8:30 to finish. Called to find out he was still doing job in Ohio. No one called. I called to ask where he was. Called owner and another person to ask where he was and received call back from receptionist saying she just found out he was still working in Ohio. Storm door still not ordered. Told they sent the wrong one. How is that possible when they had the order since August and I just found out last week the wrong door was sent. I think they had a similar door laying around and said the wrong door was sent. They called Dec. 4 to verify door options. Don't know how long it will take to get door. Supposed to be and "Amish" made door. Does not take the Amish almost 4 months to make a door. It took 2 weeks to make 18 windows. So I am still waiting for grout to be done on a small portion of floor (which will be day 6; not 2) and a storm door that was never ordered. Still waiting for warranty papers on windows also (which were installed end of Sept.). Can never get a person to answer phones. All calls go to voicemail. Choose another company!Desired Settlement: I would like my floor and storm door installed as soon as possible. It should not take this long for any product or job completion.I looked on the Revdex.com website before we signed a contract and could not find anything. Today I looked and found there are currently 28, no make that 29, complaints against this company for mostly service related issues.

Review: Met w/ company owner 5/20/14, agreed to kitchen refacing/granite installation, told installation would take 1-2 days, tentatively planned for end of July, told measurements would be taken immediately, told I would be contacted to make appt to select granite, contract signed, deposit paid, measurements taken 5/22/14, I called P&C week of 6/23/14 to inquire re: granite selection appt, spoke w/ a woman after several attempts trying to reach someone, told cabinet doors were in, told installation was arranged for 7/21 w/ a family member??? I did not make these arrangements, appt made for 6/29 to select granite @ [redacted], called early am on 6/29 by same woman, appt cancelled because [redacted] closed! Rescheduled for 7/2, same woman no showed appt, did not respond to phone calls, no call back, granite selected w/ general manager, dealt x2 w/ non-English speaking employees re:granite, I called P&C on 7/25 to confirm installation, again several calls made before any response/call back, told installation to begin 7/28, 2 person crew arrived 7/28, stayed less than 1 hour, no work done, returned 7/29, worked approx 4 hours, returned 7/30, worked full day except did nothing for 2 hours while granite installed, worked full day (day #4) on 7/31 & completed work, job not to my satisfaction as I did not select a faucet & am displeased w/ faucet that was installed, area of granite appears unpolished, displeased w/ 4 day installation, told by same woman she was coming to "job site" on 7/29, no show, harassed when partial payment made until issues could be addressed, when payment appeared to be in jeopardy same woman was calling my cell, my husbands'cell, my home phone & someone from P&C was at my front door, balance paid in full on 8/5 as it was never my intention to not pay, I now have no leverage in getting resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like a call from P&C owner whom I met with on 5/20/14. I would like an explanation for the poor customer service I received. I would like some compensation for my inconvenience & dissatisfaction. At this point, I am unable to refer P&C Replacement Windows to another home owner expecting both quality workmanship & excellent customer service.
