P C Support

I no longer want the service they provide . Spent hrs on phone with them. They had access to pc . They locked it out, so I can't use
Date 01/04/20 phone call and message from PCSupport.stating they would be charging my bank card 499.00 to continue team viewer internet support. I call back on number given 408-714-0502 . Spoke to Lukas politely at first indicated to him I no longer want their service this was well over one hour conversation. To remove the service I had to allow him access to my pc he had control of my curser. It took Lukas quite a long time to remove time viewer . Once he removed my computer wouldn't take my password . So he told me he could work on it through email and take 2 hrs . I got call back in 2.5 hrs . He and I went back and forth about him trying to get me to sign up for their service . Now this really got me angry.after the 2.5 hr wait he retrieved a password which was the one he created to get into my pc ! I opened my computer went into area of my computer he directed me to although keeping in mind he could and did control my curser at certain times
When I typed in what he asked hit enter and supposedly we were done and as he said he was out of my computer I still didn't have control of my curser I gotta believe he was still in my pc watched as he went to *** icon and locked screen . Then as I argued he told m my computer would work and he could remove Trojan if I paid 399.00 for LIFETIME service!!! So I said why initially did you try and sell me service for3 yrs for 499.00 I told him they were ss . I told him looked the business up on my phone and they were not accredited Revdex.com he argued saying they were . I just wanted the service canceled. I don't believe it should take seven hours and lose the use of my pc
