I’m in receipt of your Revdex.com complaint submitted July 28th, 2015. In your complaint you detail the sequence of events that led to your dissatisfaction with the level of service received. I know in your circumstance, in particular, several circumstances changed throughout the
process that inevitably had the institution adjust options for a solution to your issue. I was personally involved in a few of these different solutions. The last correspondence I had involving your issue was after you spoke with *** Leach, Registrar. Shortly after this correspondence I received approval on my request to remove your remaining charges on your account. Your account was adjusted on 6-22-and was reduced by $3,to bring your balance to $and the hold was removed from your account
I’m assuming based on your submitted compliant and desired outcome that this information was never shared with you and I apologize. I don’t see any history where we contacted you regarding the balance or the collection of a balance since 6-18-2015, so I’m hoping you can also confirm that collection calls have ceased. If they have continued after this date it may be related to your student loan providers and not directly from the institution
Again, I apologize for how long this resolution has taken, I can assure you this is not a common occurrence. I know at one point you had planned to return to the school, I’d be happy to meet with you to see if there is anything that I can do to help you reconsider

 Hello,
I wasn't aware my account was reduced to a 0 balance. No one from the school notified me after several attempts to reach the financial aid director. It seems I would've been notified at least by letter. Especially after I made efforts to get this resolved all year. I would like a letter submitted to me with Sullivan's letter head and my account number attached confirming my account was reduced to a 0 balance and if this ever arrives on my credit I can despute to have it removed due to this not being my bill. I'm not for certain if I'll be returning back to SCTD due to the lack of trust I have with the financial aid department. Going to college is a huge investment and now it would be difficult for me to trust my money in the school's hands. If I get a letter submitted with what I requested we can close this out. I'll be waiting with a response.
