They have billed our company and sent the bill to collections after the work performed NEVER got the job done.
Our gas stations ice machine was not working. I called P&D Appliances to come out and take a look. The service rep that came out was very nice and tried to complete the job, when he left thence machine NEVER worked. Now they have tried to give me another invoice and estimate for another trip to try and fix the issue. The first invoice was for approx $1,400.00
They have now sent the first invoice to collections and made no attempt to communicate or fix the issue that they did not resolve.
