filed by one of my past customers. First and foremost, I am sorry that the service initially requested by the customer wasn’t properly met. However, I rescheduled for her to come on Wednesday, January 6, and I attempted to have her child’s hair rebraided the following 2 days, and on every occasion she did not come. In addition I have a 3 day policy that stipulates that any any customer who is dissatisfied with a particular service and wants to correct it. Must come within 3 days and afterwards customers must pay to have that service be done again. I still was willing to have the customer’s hair done, but the customer conducted herself in a poor manner, used vulgar, and threatened to have the salon closed. In addition insulted me telling me to “ go back to Africa”. I can only wait and be patient for so lone and for that reason I’ve decided not to meet any of the customer’s requests and just follow salon policy.

Review: I paid 170 to have my daughter's hair braided on Saturday January 2 in senagalese twist. By that Monday her hair was unraveling. I called the shop on Wednesday and told her that my daughters hair was unraveling and she told me to bring her in the next day. On Thursday she called my phone at 4:10 and said was I still bringing my daughter in. I told her about 6:30 and she said she wasn't going to be there that late and to bring her in on Friday. I told her it would be after 5, about 5:30. We arrived at the shop on Friday, and she told my daughter she wasn't suppose to be there until 6:30 and she messed up her hair because she know kids. I explained to her she didn't know my daughter and she didn't mess in her hair. Also on Saturday there was another lady helping her braid my daughters hair that cut my daughters ear and I have proof of that. She is going to lie and say she doesn't have anyone helping her in the shop that she braids by herself. She also refused to fix my daughters hair and said I had to pay. She also said I didn't have proof I paid her 170 which I do.Desired Settlement: She needs to refund my money back so that I could get my daughter's hair rebraided.
