While down here in FL, my husband had extreme pain in his tooth We checked for who accepted our dental insurance and this office assured us they didMy husband went there for the root canal on March 2016, and before the procedure they told him his cost would be $665, which is MUCH higher than we had paid in the past for the procedure, but as he was in pain we paid it Today, I received a bill for a further $196, stating my insurance only paid $and we owed the restI called my insurance, and they said they paid them the 60% of reasonable, customary charges per our insurance and that the procedure should have cost no more that $630-I called Tampa Bay Endodontics and spoke with "Barb," who informed me that because they were a specialty clinic they charged that amount and felt it was reasonable Don't go here unless you are willing to be scammed
