Response:We received one phone call on August 1, from *** *** stating her roof was leakingOn August 1, we went out to *** to repair the issueThis is the last phone call/ complaint we received from the customerAs far as the interior work I have attached below a note from our system as per conversation with *** *** 7/20/1:PM Victoria *** we did this roof, Nick was supposed to finish this in January it was some insulation, *** agreed to do it herself -- this job is closed we rec'd $11,& $1,towards roof and interior

I am rejecting this response for the following reasons: The interior job was never started or finished by AccuproWe have documented pictures and contact with our insurance company on the matterWe also have documented text messages with Nick on resolving this matterHe did tell me his son was in the hospital so I was trying to be gracious with his situationWe asked him to please just "drop off insulation and we would take care of putting it in ourselves." There is still no insulation in atticThat is how we know there was still a leakWe also have video of rain water pouring into our garage area after the phone call in AugThey did tell us the roofer would be out and the he never showed upBottom lineOur roof is leaking around the chimney and we would like the insulation necessary for our atticIn their response, the representative admitted they received $12,from usThat is an exuberant amount of money for services rendered: treatment of mold in the attic and a basic rip-off of old shingles and reapply new ones to a 1,100sqft ranch home with no dormersDo the math

We appreciate the customer contacting us with his concerns. We sincerely apologize for the delay in response and will be issuing a refund of the customers deposit in the amount of $It will be mailed out 6/8/2016.

Based on our experience with Accupro and prior complains to Revdex.com (9/5/2014, 9/25/15), evade phone calls, made repeated excuses, and broken promises seems to be the standard mode of operation of Accupro.An accredited rating of A+ is overratedAn F is more appropriate
