Re. ID #[redacted]
Unfortunately we informed the Client that we would try to squeeze them in before the BigMall Project. The Said Project was then the on set of unforseen circumstances.
1. No Signed Commitment or Proposal until...

September 15, 2015. See attachedLetter dated 9/10/15.
2. Twenty Six (26) Gauge Metal was not available at that time from our suppliers. AFree twenty four (24) Gauge Upgrade was given to the Clients.
3. Clients wanted to add 2" Polyiso Ridged Insulation. There was another set back. Our Suppliers normally do not handle 3" Screws for Metal Applications. Therewas a two week delay.
4.  When [redacted] was on Site another set back, as the existing roof had a 1" InsulationBoard. The screws would not work. We needed to locate 4" Screws. The size ofthe screws were important, as they could not penetrate the open ceiling inside thehome.
5. On the 10th of November, 2015, we were still ahead of schedule. The Screw Sizeset back came and I instructed our foreman to bring home the 2" Polyiso, so itwould not get wet , before the proper fasteners showed up. Our Foremaninformed the male client. In the process of protecting the material, the femaleclient came out and used words that even a old sailor would not use and releasedus from Said Project.
If you would like, we could use personal names, I do not feel it is warranted.Unfortunately, unforseen circumstances befall us [redacted].
The world has lost it ability to be patient & reasonable.
The amount of the Deposit did not cover the expenses.
I told the Clients, Let’s Agree to Disagree.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:first the letter he says he sent on September 10 is a total fabrication and never received by me. I have emails from P&g roofing giving me dates for replacement on October 12th. As for not having the right screws they were on my roof 4 times before ordering product and know what was on my roof and what they would need for job, they are roofers they know roofs. As for comments about my wife speaking to them poorly is just a poor attempt to discredit us so they can break a contract that was signed and broken by them. I own business and know that I was not treated with integrative and respectSincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: this business has no limit on untruth it will go to or little comments. End the end they broke there contract and promises to me and we are paying the price wile they just move on to someone else. To you P & G roofing you know you did me wrong and I will pass that on to everyone that inquire about a good roofer.
Sincerely,[redacted]
