In Oct Sales Rep [redacted] representing PG Shocks stopped in our store and showed us a school booklet he was doing for Leclaire school located in Edwardsville He presented and showed us a signed letter from the school explaining his campaign signed by the Principal Dr [redacted] *** I inquired when the booklet would be published and he stated "when" the ads are sold Since this is the school my grandsons attend we decided to purchase one of the ad's We issued check in the amount of $ He/they cashed the check the same day with our bank which I thought was odd so I reached out by email to Dr [redacted] asking about the program, she said yes she had met with the salesman above in her office On Jan we made contact by phone with Mr [redacted] and inquired when the booklets would come out, we were told they take time and could not give a date On April Our Legal counsel, [redacted] mailed/emailed a Breach of Contract to Mr [redacted] at the

This is in response the the complaint filed by *** *** against PG ShocksPG Shocks Thhas a A+ rating with the Revdex.com for the
simple reason that we do not scam business and have since operated in an ethical mannerMs*** states that Altomont High School did not authorize PG Shocks to contact businesses to sell advertising for Drug Prevention FoldersMr *** *** the Principal has met twice personally with representatives to discuss the design of the folders and the quantitySince receiving the complaint I have spoken to Mr*** twice to confirm that he is happy with our products and did meet with our representative and did in fact actually count the remaining folders he had leftI asked him if he was aware of any problems with our service and he said noneI told him that Ms*** said "I have received several e-mails from the town, and board members who told us not to buy into this scam",he told me that he was not aware of any complaints and is looking forward the receiving the new foldersMs*** did purchase an ad on February 20th for the ***'s Auto Crdit, not in as she statesShe was offered the opportunity to renew her ad on July 16th but declinedThe representative sold an ad to *** Auto Repair on July 16th 2015, *** *** signed the order and paid for the adMs*** did call PG Shocks on July 20th and did make the same accusations as she has in her complaint.WE did not know that Ms*** also owned *** Auto RepairIn speaking to Mr*** he thought maybe Ms*** was confused because we did not sell advertising in and maybe another company may have approached herIf Ms.*** can provide proof that PG Shocks has committed some sort of scam I would greatly appreciate itPG Shocks has signed paperwork from the Principal authorizing us to provide Drug Prevention folders like we did in and they used for two yearsWe personally met with Mr*** on July 16th counted the folders leftI have spoken to him twice since receiving the complaint and both times he had no issues with our service or productsIf Ms*** can provide e-mails from the town and board members as she states that we have scammed them I would appreciate seeing themThis goes to the heart of reputation and take very seriously the accusation
