This billing complaint has been incorrectly routed by the Revdex.com to the Quality, Risk, and Regulatory Office at StJoseph's Hospital and Medical Center Since this is a billing matter, we have referred the complaint to our billing office, Optum Patient Financial Services, with a request for direct contact with Mr [redacted] Denise B***, Risk Analyst

To whom it may concern,I have completed Mr. [redacted] 's request and mailed him an itemized statement today which reflects all of the charges we submitted to his insurance carrier to the Arizona address per his request. I also attempted to reach the patient by phone and the telephone number listed on... his complaint and left him a voicemail requesting a call back. In addition I have included Mr. [redacted] 's email address on my response to the BBB so he can be notified of the action taken in order to resolve his concerns. On behalf of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our patient. I will follow up with the patient directly by email and provide him with my contact information in case he has any additional questions or concerns. StJoseph's Hospital and Medical Center, StJoseph's Westgate Medical Center, and our billing office is unable to assist in resolving this complaint. The complaint involves a private medical group whose providers were previously contracted for provision of emergency care services. As a
private medical group, the providers billed separately from the hospital for their care. A voice message with this information has been left with the complainant and we are following up with a letter to the complainant.Thank you,Denise B*** Risk Analy

Hello : Please check if the company has sent the bill to my address according to it's policy. Please check the timing of my hospitalization ( Which was there hours in the ER) I did an x ray and and another test. Please check if the company based on it's
policy send me the results on these test( Please be aware that I have went to their office to request the results but they claimed that it will be sent to me ) Please see how much the company billed the VA and why. I am following up with this complaint and the billing issues. Thank you,***./

I am not sure how to respond to this and I have called you twice no asking for some information My complaint has not been answered The message indicates my complaint was sent to the wrong office I still need a response Thank you

they gave me a # to a private group I cannot get ahold of. Since I visited the hospital they ened to resolve this issue

I received the attached from Ms. Rhianna White at Dignity Health. It shows that I should pay $0.00. If I have a zero balance - as this clearly shows (I have actually received no other bills from them) - then why am I repeatedly getting telephone calls asking for payment?I would like to make certain that the account has indeed been reconciled. Am I to assume from the statement sent (attached) that my account balance is in fact ZERO?
