attached)We quoted $for purchasing the missing diamonds, setting them in her ring and delivering the ring back to herWe physically received her ring on 02/22/We conducted the required repairs and shipped the ring back to her on 05/16/which was delivered to her on 05/26/2016.She once again got in touch with us on 09/13/stating that another diamond had popped out of the ring (this is other than the ones we replaced for her originally)We initially quoted $for the repair, which she was not very pleased aboutJust for customer satisfaction, we dropped the price to $120, which also she was unwilling to pay and wants to return the ring to us, which we cannot due to the mentioned points:This ring was originally neither manufactured by us nor sold by us.We are only a warranty repairs company that provides either free or paid repairs based on the caseHad the diamonds we set, were defective or had fallen out again, we would have conducted the repair for free, as our repairs are covered for one year from the date of repairThis is a different diamond that has popped out this timeAs the ring is neither manufactured or sold by us, we cannot even offer to take this as a return Image of ring during first repairs Image of ring for second time repairsWe are doing our best to keep Linda happy by offering to repair her jewelry for the lowest possible costThere is no way for us to assume responsibility for a piece that has neither been manufactured nor sold by us.Please feel free to call or email me for any further clarifications.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Service Representative*** ***
