Cosmetology on February 6, when she failed to return front an approved
leave of absenceAccording to the terms of the leave of absence, a student
must return by the documented date of return or they are withdrawn from the
programMs***'s leave of absence was approved from 08/30/until
02/04/On 02/04/Ms. *** failed to return to class therefore she
had to be dropped from the programA copy of the approved leave of absence is
enclosed for your review
The
withdrawal calculation was performed on 02/06/according to federal
regulations and the institutions accrediting agencies withdrawal policiesA
copy of these calculations are also included in this response for your review
A refund was issued as a result of this calculation with a check issued to Ms

Since PJS College of Cosmetology Is a private institution
it is up to the owner's discretion and shareholder's business decision as to
whether to accept or deny re-enrollments to any school locationWithdraws from
the school have a negative impact on the institution so in many cases PJS
College may choose to not allow re-enrollments for an Indefinite period of
timeAt this time PJS College of Cosmetology, Crestwood Kentucky is not
accepting requests for re-enrollment
PJS College of Cosmetology does respect Ms***'s
situation and in effort to assist her in continuing her education at another
institution, PJS College provided her with her official transcripts so that she
may request enrollment at another cosmetology schoolAn additional copy of
those transcripts are also included in this response in the event Ms***is in need of another copy

College of Cosmetology is in compliance with all regulations and can assure

After reviewing the Treatment of Title IV Funds When a Student Withdraws (pages 7-10), the disbursement amount entered in Box B is incorrectIt does not reflect the disbursement made on 8/21/of Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan $1,and Federal Direct Subsidized loan $This amount was not used in the calculations and therefore they have violated the requirements for returning of Title IV fundsPJ's College of Cosmetology has still not returned the correct amount and refused to comply to our request for communicationI have all documentation from PJ's to validate the total disbursements that were made
Attached is a copy of Ms
***s student ledgerThere were no additional disbursements of any Title
IV funds after 08/09/Federal funds are posted to the student accounts via
electronic posting and not able to be posted by the institution for security
measuresAny additional funds expected on the account were canceled at the

correct and confirmed by both the outside agency that performs the calculations
