I wanted to let the Revdex.com and PK Plumbing know that I am willing to have PK return to my home and fix the water heater issues

We were dispatched out to this home by the home owners warranty companyThe claim was denied by the warranty company and the customer decided to hire a different plumbing company to do the work we suggestedWe did not perform any work on this customers water heater, therefore, we hold no
responsibility for the water heaterThe customer should have called his warranty company and requested a 2nd opinionAlso, we received only one payment of $which the customer is responsible for when opening up a claim with his warranty company and having PK come out and diagnose his plumbing issueWe did not receive two payment's of $like the customer stated Due to the fact that this claim was denied by the warranty company and the homeowner hired a different plumbing company to do the work, PK Plumbing holds no fault when it comes to this claim

response because: I was promised twice so far that the $check would be in the mail to meOnce by the office directly on 8/5/and then again through the Revdex.com message on 8/19/2016, and we have yet to receive the moneyPK Plumbing continues to deal with us in a dishonest manner and practice the unethical business method of taking clients money then not providing the serviceIt seems to be a scam operation

The plumber was not recommending the access to be made to "price gouge" the warranty company. In fact, we have a strict budget we adhere to with the warranty company. The plumber requested that access be made through the back end of the shower...

in order to replace the entire shower valve. Not just repair the leak. When we called our diagnosis into the warranty company it was THEIR decision for us to replace the shower valve. It is impossible for the plumber to know exactly where the water lines run without opening up the drywall. The customers warranty company does not provide coverage for access so we are not allowed to cut through drywall to see exactly where the plumbing lines are running. The contractor that the homeowner hired privately also could not see where the plumbing lines were running until he opened up the drywall. The homeowner hired a handyman to repair her plumbing shower valve. We do not take plumbing advice from an individual who is not a licensed plumber. Our company was going to replace the entire shower valve because we felt that replacing just the frozen shower cartridge would not be a permanent fix for the issue.
