Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I was never talked to about my heat pump needing to be replaced. I was never told that I had excessive rust damage to my unit. I even asked about it being just out in the open not under any cover ofAny kind, and I was told that was how they are madeTo be out in the weather. They are made to withstand years on being out in the rain and snow of weather.I did make attempts to let them know that my unit was not working properly. I never got any reaponce about my unit notworkingWhen I did get ahold of Anyone all I would be tol is that my bill needs to be paid. I dont think its right to expect someone to pay a bill for service that was never fixed properly.
Sincerely,
*** ***

[redacted]: 12/29/2015: [redacted] called the office requesting a home performance audit to see what could be done to make his house more comfortable. 1/6/2016: Ron did a home performance audit and noticed that the heat pump was not working. [redacted] called in and requested a repair.  Upon arrival found...

multiple problems with the unit including wiring issues and severe rust and corrosion.  Recommended replacement.  [redacted] requested that we try and repair unit as replacement would be very expensive. We made several attempts to repair unit over several weeks and continued to find more things wrong with the unit.  Each time we found a new problem [redacted] requested a repair and not replacement.  2/3/2016: We got the heat pump working. [redacted] was working with our sales department to complete some other projects on his home and was going to finance the project and include the service repair in the total amount financed. 2/18/2016: [redacted] is invoiced for the heat pump repair in the amount of $1247.55.  This amount is communicated to [redacted] so it can be included in the total amount of the project. 4/2016: Sales communicated with [redacted] multiple times regarding this project and offered several financing solutions.  [redacted] did not mention his heat pump was not working. 6/2016: Sales again communicated with [redacted] about financing and reminded him to include the service call in his total.  He did not indicate he was having additional problems with his unit. 9/24/2016: After multiple attempts to contact [redacted] to set up a payment plan we received $50.00.  No additional payments have been received to date. 2/27/2017: Received a call asking about our warranty on repair work.  I indicated that no warranty was available on work that had not been paid.  This unit functioned for several months after the repairs were completed and we made multiple attempts to work with the customer regarding payment.
