Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/30) */ Customer had brakes replaced by our facility on 9/16/(we replaced front brake pads and rotors using oe equivalent parts)Customer notified us that her brakes where making a noise, on 10/29/customer brought vehicle to us to repair Performed brake job under warranty (machined rotors and replaced pads using oe equivalent parts again)(Never do we install used brake pads or rotors on vehicles.) Performed brake job under warranty (machined rotors and replaced pads using oe equivalent parts again). (Never do we install used brake pads or rotors on vehicles.)
