longer return it to meI had not been asked if they could do this nor had I given my permissionFor months they dragged out paying me in small installments regardless of the fact that they continued to promise me the full amount and re-sign our agreementFor months they kept telling me they had buyers in China yet every time I spoke with them they had another story and kept asking for more time MrsTung must have told me times "how honest they are." Their signature and their word aren't worth the paper it was written on The aggrevation and duress they caused me was insurmountableI finally received their last payment in full on August *, 2016, months after our original contract date, many phone calls later and after having my attorney address them in a letter and having filed a complaint with the NYC Fraud Division I highly recommend buyers stay away from this unscrupulous couple
