Very negative experience unfortunately on January 19, 8:49amI went to return an Amazon package no customers in storeA caucasion middle aged female (Alice), was immensely short and unwelcoming with meA female customer entered also caucasion and Alice was very vivacious and sweet "how can I help you sweetie."
Once the customer left I was the only customer againAlice was still very distant, and didnt speakIt was a very awkward uncomfortable feelingI don't know if it's because I am a male, Latino, or just a bad day for her; nevertheless, I felt awful and bad for her Alice told me "well Amazon prime isnt free if you use our computers and our paper," no good bye no have a nice day not even eye contact
I simply smiled and said ok well God bless you have a nice day, hoping to cheer her up maybe she was having an awful dayAlice was very sweet, kind, responsive, and affable with the caucasion female customer thoughI pray Alice isn't prejudice and it was merely a bad day she brought to work with herEither way the experience seemed to be directed towards me as a customerAll I did was say hello O need to return a package and God bless you have a nice day

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help and give suggestions on other options when I am packaging fragile itemsSantiago has printed invitations, banners and blueprints for usI love that Alice and some team members are bilingual, I don't have to worry when my father goes in to do businessThey make you feel welcome by greeting you by name and offering you a complimentary bottle of water on your way out the doorWorking from home I am here 3-times a week shipping or printing and have never had a bad experience in the years I have utilized this location
