This is P&R handyman service responding to the letter sent him by bath I have all the texts to follow up with the statements that she is stating originally she did not pick out the color of paint she told us what color she was looking for we then went to [redacted] shows the color called her sent text to her and she said it was the absolute perfect color that was the color she wanted however she was painting over laminate cabinets therefore you need a certain paint to paint over laminate cabinets was not a concern of her it did just as we told her it peeled she then changed her mind on the paint which was not a problem we were willing to fix it for her which we did she then bought a kills flat paint to put over it and we did we were not able to hang the cabinets because they needed to dry she said she was okay with that as far as her floors her wood floors had damage to them prior to us coming in and doing them that is why she was having them refinished because they were Cuts in them originally she told us the floors were told we did the floors bought mid wax however the cans were marked as the color she wanted for the the stain but they were wrong we then took them back to Lowe's they gave us replacement cans we again sand at the floor back to the original and refinish the floor once again I will attach text at request by you that she sent stating how beautiful everything was and how wonderful everything was and now she is claiming that these things are not sure when they are again I have all the text she was in and out of the house while we were doing it as we told her she was not supposed to be in the house because you were not supposed to walk on the floors and time for them to cure but she was and we dealt with it and still continue to finish the floors but she was a part of the job the whole time we did it and was nothing but grateful I'm really unsure of how it all turned she then had her boyfriend call us and pretend to be a customer and then he finally inform me that he was her boyfriend and he too agreed that she was wrong and telling us that she could fix things on her own rather than letting us come and try and resolve the issues my heart goes out to her and her loss of her father however prior to that everything was fine and now everything is a mess and communication has dropped I will attach the text that we're back and forth communication wise rather than the he say she say things that I can just tell you back and forth if you have any other questions please feel free to give us an email or phone call
