been purchased another time from us in the past, the customer decided he did not want it, he was instructed to ship the product back to us. We issued a refund to the customers card on march 23, 2015 at 11:54 am. The credit was issued and refunded before the customer made this complaint.
Review: Our business had ordered once from this company awhile back, we had to give them our credit card info at that time, they promised us that they do not keep credit card info there, apparently they do because they later sent us another order of items we would never even use and billed our credit card for $232.95. When we got the product here we realized they had fraudulently billed out credit card and when we called to tell them we didn't order this and we want our money back, they gave us the run around and told us they would send us a paper so we could return the products. We waited for the return slip that never came. Finally I asked my wife to call and try to get them to cooperate and they agreed that day to have us go ahead and send the product back via US mail and they said they could credit our money back to our card and also the cost of the shipping back which we paid 17.90 to ship back to them. Our tracking from the post office shows that they received that package on 3-10-2015. To this date we have not heard back from them and we have received NO MONEY back for either the fraudulent charges or the return postage. Now when we try to call them today it says all their representatives are busy and my wife left another message today. They owe us 232.95 for the original charges and 14.95 for the return shipping, for a total of $250.85. We want the money they owe us! These people are thieves!Desired Settlement: They owe us $232.95 for the original charges for items they shipped that we didn't even order and they fraudulently billed our credit card for... and $17.90 for the return shipping that they told us to ship the unwanted product back, for a total of $250.85.

Review: On 9/26/13 we received some drill bits from PR Supply after talking with a sales man on the phone. When we received them they were not as they described and they were way overpriced so after talking with them and asking them to send a call tag out for them I called them back because we had never received a call tag. I was then instructed to just mail them back and they would issue us a refund. So I did on 12/26/13. I have since called, left messages, faxed and have not yet received a refund for the item we returned. I would now like our refund and ask to be taken off their calling list for good!Desired Settlement: Refund for $194.72
Review: Auto Truck Equipment Repair & Sales, owner, Gordon Weiler was contacted by a salesperson with PR Supply. They were trying to sell us products and were informed we were not interested. Shortly thereafter, a cod package arrived from them. Shipment was refused and returned. Since that time they have called us 8-10 times regarding a "credit" we have with the company and they need to clear it off their books. Gordon Weiler and myself, Gayle Hermanson have both received these calls, informed them we are not a customer, not interested in doing business with them, to clear the so-called credit out of the system and not to contact us again. Yesterday, I received a call and they hung up on me as soon as I told them we've already told them not to contact us. I then called the 800 number and asked for a supervisor. He said, his name is Rob and he would make sure the calls stopped or people would be fired. Again today, we received another call from them. She refused to provide her name and hung up. Gordon called the 800 number again - there is not a supervisor with the name of Rob, the person he spoke with today said someone must have given us a fictitious name. We are not, have never been nor are we interested in being one of their customers. We have asked for our name to be taken off their contact list and for them to not contact us anymore. We have also threatened to proceed against them for harassment.Desired Settlement: We would like for this business to cease any contact with our business, Auto Truck Equipment Repair & Sales, Gordon Weiler or myself, Gayle Hermanson. We aren't interested in doing business with PR Supply, haven't done business with them and want the harassment to stop immediately.
Review: About 6 months ago I was in the market for a 1/4 inch air riveter and contacted PR Supply Company and they said they had one for $208.00 so after repeating that I wanted a 1/4 inch NOT a 3/16 inch riveter which is standard, they assured me they were shipping a 1/4 inch air riveter. When I received the item, it was a 3/16 inch air riveter...exactly what I DID NOT WANT. I contacted PR Supply and told them of their mistake and that I would gladly return the item to them if they sent a prepaid mailer. Instead, they told me they would sell it to me for $80.00, I should sell it to a friend, or just pay for the item and throw it away. I informed PR Supply that I did not order a 3/16 inch riveter, did not want it, did not need it, and would send it back if they sent prepaid mailer. They refused. ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH PR SUPPLY COMPANY WERE RECORDED BY THEM. PR Supply Co has now sent my unvalidated debt to a collection agency who is writing me, calling me etc. PR Supply has threatened me, provided false information for monetary gain, and is in violation of CA and Federal Fair Debt Collection Acts by submitting false information and at least 4 other violations. PR Supply is damaging my reputation, character, and quality of life.Desired Settlement: I request that PR Supply Company cease and desist any further attempts to collect money from me regarding the sell of the wrong air riveter. After their management reviews their recordimgs that will clearly show they are at fault, not me, I request a written apology from PR Supply Company. And to be completely fair and honest, I stand by my original offer to return the item to them if they send a prepaid mailer.
