I wanted to start this letter of with the proper, "to whom this may concern," but after several dried up attempts, I have learned nothing concerns this placeMy husband and I called Wednesday evening(two weeks ago) to ask about a vehicle for sale and were baffled that the person helping did not know much about the vehicle but endured our two questions would be answered by him and he would call us backTwo hoursNothingThree hours, nothing and now the dealership is closedMind you we are approved with the bank, awaiting a salesperson to throw us a buyers orderWe get up and call early right when they open to come buy the carOur family is going on a vacation and trying to figure out if we go like we promised the kids to Disney, or drive hours the other direction to buy this carWe call and tell the girl we are interested in the car and want to come get it now, we have the bank approval, and need someone to confirm its on the lotTHREE hours go by again, and a sales person calls apologizingWe want to buy the car and need to know now if the price, trade, etcwork so we can put our other plans to rest, and return a phone call to our bankWe didn't take the low blow trade, and my husband told the sales man he would take a greyhound and he endured he would pick him upThat night I dropped my husband off in a horrible area to catch a greyhound and drove on ifor hours after midnight with two kids under twoMy husband calls at am to tell me the car has sold, and there is no carThe salesman Said he didn't know it delivered that mightFunny, I worked in car dealerships and know the processYou watch the sale, finance, detail and deliverySo where were you the hours you were working the deal with us, and someone else was looking at the vehicleHe then told me he didn't see the car deal being worked by anyone else, yet the people had cash on hand so our buyers order and word meant nothingSo he did seeThanks for lying and telling my husband to catch the greyhoundWe are out two days of vacation and having to explain to a two year old why she can't go to Disney with her cousinsBecause we have to pick up her dad at 2:in the morning when the rest of the family is in OrlandoA simple call, a ask for a payment to hold, or something but noHard work dealing with a bank on est when we live in central, and trust obviously do not go anywhere in life todayI called the salesman used car manager, the general manager of the facility and the receptionist too my information to give to the managerI have received no calls, nothing!!!! This is horrible practice!! I want the money back for my husbands two greyhound ticketsThis establishment really needs to teach it's associates how to handle business, and proper etiquette when handing customer serviceThis industry is all customer service, yet we begged for people to call us and couldn't get that!
Spoke with a representative this morning, Tara, about driving from Knoxville to Nashville to buy a 2011 Lexus Rx 350. I was told the vehicle was available. I proceeded to tell her I would be in Nashville at the dealership between 1 and 2 p.m. I arrived at 1, to be told they didn't know where the car was at the moment. To sit while it was "located". Was then told, someone was on a test drive in it. Waited longer, to be told they were buying it. Poor customer service to allow someone to drive over 3 hours and sell the car before they arrive. I am a very loyal customer when treated properly. I have a lot in Kentucky I have bought five cars from in the last six years, all cash deals. They didn't have anything currently that I wanted. With that being said, I will not be back the BMW of Nashville and yes I currently have a BMW convertible that is ready for an upgrade. Disrespectful.
