.We did a starter on the car which had nothing to do with the overheating issueWe said that we would be more than willing to look at the overheating issue but it is not related to the starterThe oil change has nothing to do with the cooling systemThe issues this customer is experiencing have nothing to do with the repairs we completedWe said that we would be more than happy to look at the overheating issue no chargeThe issues described have nothing to do with any of the repairs we madeI have attached copies of the work we completed mechanicallyIn addition to that our loaner was stolen and we have yet to receive full reimbursement for the carWe would like to be paid for our loaner which was completely destroyedWe haven't asked for a dime for our destroyed loanerDespite all of this we offered to look at the overheating issue for free but the customer never brought the carAfter further looking into this situation we did everything we could for this customer The issues being complained about have nothing to do with our repairs plus we are out $6,for a loner the customer is responsible for and his insurance does not want to pay for

This bumper did not fit properly because the insurance company quoted an aftermarket and it required a factory Ford bumperIn order to rectify and appease this situation we did a $paint job on a rust spot on the quarter panelWe completed this rust repair at no charge but we normally
would have charged We also provided a free loaner while this customer was getting the redo and additional repairs completedWe did in fact pay the $deductible as it was not included in the initial payment we receive from the insurance companyThe customer inspected the redo and left satisfied so this complaint comes as a surpriseI personally spoke with the customer and we agreed I would paint the quarter panel at no charge and repair the rust in order to make her happy for the inconvenience

On this day My father and I spoke with *** went over damages and decided Tender Car would be the best fit due to my budget at the time. On 11/9/Progressive went to do a estimate on my car and *** had given me a due date of 11/30/which was fine, because I knew that would not burn my rental contract out at the timeOn 11/30/I was contacted by progressive which told me that tender car needed a little more time and then I was given a new due date of 12/06/From 12/6/Tender car has given me many excuses from there on out as to why my car was not doneI was given a loaner car on 12/7/which was a car that I did in fact drive for a while a Honda civic, which I was ok with until I found out the plates were expired and could not locate insurance on the vehicleI took the car back and *** gave me a new temp plate which was in fact ok but due to the weather the locks became a issueI returned the loaner car because I was going out of town for the weekend and could not take the vehicle because it was not reliableI was hoping when I got back in town the car would be still available for me again. But that was not the case I was forced to get a rental car from Enterprise that is going to cost hundreds of dollars of my own money when I turn it back in the total cost being over dollars so farThis has really inconvenienced me for the holidays, as I have a year old and can not afford to get gifts at this moment because I am stuck paying a high rental fee. Every time I call Tender Car I am given another due date which is forcing me to stay in a rental car and continue high costly feesSince 11/7/I have never been contacted with any updates on my carAs this has been a nightmare seeing that Christmas is here and I do not have any funds for Christmas nor New yearsI did run out of options as being patient and have decided to start contacting 3rd party Complaint settlers such as Katrina Kravy fox and Revdex.com and many more to come because this has been the worse thing this year between a Auto Accident and months without a vehicle.Thank you for your time and your concern ,

Revdex.com: My insurance covered whatever was involved here and yes you messed up my car, a starter indeed has not a thing to do with why you have my car with more problems thec1st day I received back your mechanic not doing his job, wires showing in my BMW, parts not in correct places and so I want my car serviced or half my money back for the extremely poor service or we can go another route. If you are servicing my vehicle fine, if not I want half my money back.

I am sorry we did not make your completion time. It is common for body shop jobs to get extended repeatedly due to additional damage being found during the repair. We also cannot control delay of additional parts or time the insurance company takes to review or approve our supplements (requests for...

additional damage repair). Also there are parts delays that can happen during the repair outside of our control. I can review the sign in form and see what we agreed to pay. If we agreed to pay $500 I can certainly refund the difference. I am sorry for the delays. I would very much like to make it right.

The work we did on this vehicle was on the front end of the vehicle. We did not do any exhaust work and I am sorry for any rental car costs. Plus [redacted] made me late for work on September 29th when I went to talk to them again to try to resolve the issues at hand. He kept faking as if he didnt want to bring up the paper work I needed but on the slide was trying to type in additional things which is why it took him so long to print what was needed. In result of me being late, I gained an occurrence which can be viewed for termination. I have videos for that day with the full conversation. All of this could be avoided had you fixed my car which now im building a case for my lawyer. So no.. that 150.00 wont buy me out.

Obviously there is a problem I never once said that was fine other wise I wouldnt be upset now its obvious you are going to blatantly lie to make your selves look better I said it was fine the first time but after that I stressed I needed my car I was never told about the rack untill I called to enquire as to why ny car had been sitting outside fir over a week you care nothing about customer service your own employees told me that you guys took a bigger job then mine so obviously that was more important than my car

I could offer a $150 refund to remedy the situation. The repairs paid for did need to be completed. If we can remove those parts and return them I could offer more.

I would be happy to correct the issues that this customer. It out. This vehicle was brought back in and I inspected the vehicle. There are three separate door dings in the passenger side door which appear to have been caused by a door opening up into the car on 3 different occasions. Most common...

cause is parking lot door dings for dents like these. I did not find the scratch on the windshield amidst the many small chips. I have contacted this customer and explained that I would be happy to take care of all these issues at no charge and we do whatever needs to be redone. We can also figure out how to handle the emblem which we have had an extremely difficult time finding.I would be happy to correct all of these issues for the customer at no charge. I will fix the dings, fix the hood, replace the windshield, and handle any other problems. I can also provide a free loaner while we make the repairs.

I understand your frustration but the other option would be to leave the underlying damage and fix the vehicle as originally quoted.  That could be dangerous and affect the value of the vehicle. Probably 75% of collision repair jobs end up needing a supplement due to underlying damage that is impossible to see until the repair is started. The insurance company then has us stop the repair until they verify our findings. That would happen in the same way no matter where you went for repairs. I know you need your car to make money and we have two guys fixing your vehicle as quickly as humanly possible. I would be happy to extend you a future credit of $300 for your lost income to cover any future maintenance or  repairs. Please let me know how else I can fix this for you. We are fixing your car as quickly as we can and plan on having it ready by  Wednesday. [redacted]
