So what exactly can I do to make the situation right? If we installed Parts those parts can be removed and returned and we can put the old Parts back onIf your car needed a starter that would not be related to an overheating issue or a running issueIf you would like compensation for gas I would be happy to reimburse something

I understand your frustration but the other option would be to leave the underlying damage and fix the vehicle as originally quoted That could be dangerous and affect the value of the vehicleProbably 75% of collision repair jobs end up needing a supplement due to underlying damage that is impossible to see until the repair is startedThe insurance company then has us stop the repair until they verify our findingsThat would happen in the same way no matter where you went for repairsI know you need your car to make money and we have two guys fixing your vehicle as quickly as humanly possibleI would be happy to extend you a future credit of $for your lost income to cover any future maintenance or repairsPlease let me know how else I can fix this for youWe are fixing your car as quickly as we can and plan on having it ready by Wednesday [redacted] ***
