I am rejecting this response because: the damage was not due to snow plowing and they know that, they are using that excuse because it's convenient. I didn't disagree to have the driveway filled and sealed I asked to speak with an owner becasuse the part they fixed is higher than the driveway. It needs to be leveled before it is filled and sealed. I just asked for little customer service fromt he owners to make me whole for what I paid for. I am not unreasonable, I don't think its alot for the owner ( at least one of them) to come over as assess the situation, make the repair level with the rest of the driveway so I don't have a lip and puddling there , fill land seal it. Believe me I am not the least bit interested in dragging this out, it has gone on too long and the entire process is ridiculous. Again, I am not asking for anything more than I paid for which I paid in good faith for IN FULL IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. They didn't have to chase me for payment so I don't know why I have to chase them to give me what I paid for. I would like an owner to contact me, I will meet him at my house , show him what I mean, he can have it made level, fill it seal it and be on his merry way.
Sincerely,

I am one of the residents of the Fairview Apartment owned by Appalachian South Apartments. They contract/allow Bills Garage to tow their real estate locations. I was notified by a friend that my brother's car, which I was borrowing because my car was being serviced, was being towed by Bills Garage. I ran home and caught the tow man just after he had finished hooking up the car to the tow truck. I acknowledged that my temporary parking sticker was out of date, but then preceded to show him my permanent parking sticker that was left in the dash. I told him that I understood that I was liable to pay something as he had already hooked up the car, the temporary sticker was out of date, and that my permanent sticker was not currently displayed, but that the full $100 price of towing an invalid vehicle was absolutely ludicrous due to the fact that I DID have a permanent parking pass and showed it to him before the vehicle was actually towed. He said that it didn't matter because the sticker was not displayed on the window and that I had to pay the full $100, whether that be at the Bills Garage office or at that moment. I paid the $100. Days later I went to Bills Garage to present my case hoping that they would understand that my scenario was worthy of a break, and would take $50 off the bill. I say $50 because the tow man told me that if I had caught him before he hooked up the vehicle, the price would have only been $50. The Bills Garage employee told me that it didn't matter and that they were within their "legal right" to tow me in this scenario. I responded that legality did not justify their methodology and that their business practices were unethical and predatory. They were rude and aggressive toward my dispute, so much so that one of their tow truck drivers quickly stood up as if to try and intimidate me. I understand that these towing services are necessary for the regulation of a small yet overcrowded college town, but they are highly predatory, even during times like weekends when the need for towing is absent. Even still, this absolutely does not excuse the inconsiderate theft of people in validated scenarios practiced by Bill's Garage Towing. I left this review because the Revdex.com basically immediately closed my complaint case because they "don't handle complaints about: Prices charged for goods or services, unless they involve misrepresentation." Apparently this doesn't qualify as misrepresentation.

The customer met with one of our representatives and has agreed to have the driveway sealed at no charge to them.  They were to call the office to set up the job.  As far as I know, the case has been settled to the customer's satisfaction.  Any questions, please have them call the office.

Hard to write a review when the company never showed up on 2 scheduled days to start the job. 2 no shows, no phone calls even after speaking with my salesmen 2x and the office personnel. Price doesn't matter if no one shows.

I hired P&S Paving to remove my old driveway and install a new one.Work was completed on 11/5/2012. My original driveway lasted about 30 years. This new one is on its way out already after 4 years. When the paving was complete, I brought to their attention that a large area was uneven and the stones were loose. I was told that it was the asphalt supplier not the installation and that by spring time it would settle down. Since I had a 2 year warranty I wasn't too concerned. In the spring of 2014 I noticed several cracks and the asphalt was loose in spots. I called about this and the loose stones that were getting worse. They denied any responsibility. Told me that cars/trucks were driving too close to the edge! Also the asphalt mix was to blame for the loose stones. So much for the 2 year warranty. Now there are more cracks and more loose stones. Looks like I will be replacing it well before the expected lifespan.

Review: The Company was suppose to fix holes in my driveway on the left side of the driveway. 1 year later after they have resurface the entire driveway the holes are back in my driveway. I call them to come and fix the issue, they sent two people who could see the problem but now the office is ignoring my calls and not addressing the issue. The driveway is under warranty and the problem persists.Desired Settlement: They come to my house and fix the holes on the left side of the driveway.

WE SEALED THIS CUSTOMER'S DRIVEWAY AND I BELIEVE SHE IS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AND HAVE HER REPORT THAT THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF.

Review: I basically paid to have new driveway put in at the cost of $5100.00. 9 months after the driveway was done the bottom of the driveway started breaking, there warranty is two years. I called and my husband called on several occasions to let them know there is a problem. After numerous attempts they sent some guys over to "patch" the driveway. I didn't want that becasue now I am going to have a seam in the driveway. needless to say they did it and the patch they put in is higher than the driveway and they never came back to fill the seam and seal it. I have a couple of problems, my driveway looks like the guy up the street with a pickup repaired it, I get puddles of water because of the height difference and I will not be able to plow over the winter becasue its going to hit the lip and break more. I have made several attempts and my husband and I have had no luck getting the owner s to call me. I have called, I have faxed I have email, I have faxed delivery receipts of my emails, I took screen shots of the calls, today I called and the receptionist told me she spoke with them but they are out of town. all I am asking for is what I paid in full for and I can't even get a response. I need this resolved before the winter because like I said it is going to cause more damage. Either they come and fix it the way it shoould be done so it looks like a new $5000.00 driveway or refund some money to me so I can hire another company to fix their mess. Which will also cause me a problme becasue then it will void my warranty. I work hard for my money and I don't like being taken like thisl.Desired Settlement: I want the driveway to look like it should not like I had a company come in and patche the driveway I had. I paid in good faith in full and I expect to get the service I paid for. Please note on the next page the complaint dates are just a few, there were several each month right through the current week

Review: The company was hired to replace a concrete sidewalk. The employee performed the job in one day, (approx. [redacted], approx 100 degree temperature) upon completion of the job there were several issues as follows:1. Cement is splattered over front door and siding under door.2. Missing expansion joints.3. Front step is not sealed with sidewalk, will allow water to penetrate through. 4. Sidewalk is not flat. Prior sidewalk was flat, this one slopes down on excessive angle. The contract called for 2 steps so that sidewalk would be flat. Employee only made 1 stair and pitched the sidewalk on an angle to meet the curb.5. Overall job is sloppy. The cement is not smooth, contains numerous deep uneven grooves.6. Cement dried too quickly. The town inspector inspected the sidewalk and it did not pass inspection for several reasons. The contract calls for job to be paid in full upon completion of the job. The company notified homeowner to inform of job completion. Homeowner stated there were issues with the job that needed to be corrected prior to payment. Company told homeowner that is she paid they would come back and fix the sidewlk. The homeowner paid more than half of the bill and informed the company that the balance would be paid in full once repairs were made and sidewalk passes city inspection. Homeowner paid payment in good faith that the company would return to fix issues. The homeowner is handicapped and needs a flat level surface. The prior sidewalk has multiple cracks so homeowner wanted sidewalk replace so she could have a safe walking path to car. Old sidewalk was flat and level to curb. The company has been contacted by the homeowner and city inspector several times but has not returned any calls.
