Their installers were very courteous and worked quickly to get the job done They cleaned up the job site so well after they were finished , you couldn't even tell they had been there Job well done! As soon as I can , I will call for st Claire's to do my porch doors and my two back and front doors!!! Those Windows are awesome!!! I had St Clair install windows throughout my house or years ago and had a problem with one a few days ago (over the weekend)I submitted an email request for serviceI was contacted Monday and *** came put the next day and replaced a part as well as ordered a new window latch for a slider with a latch that wouldn't stay upIt was all fixed within days with no chargeA wonderful company, and I love my easy-to-clean windowsThank you St Clair and ***

To clarify false statements made by St. Clair of the Ozarks regarding my previous review:
*J-channel was replaced because the wrong color was installed. The color stated on the contract was not used.
*The storm door was not the same color as the windows as we were told it would be.
*The storm door handle is not the color listed on the contract.
*Our original vent covers were to be used because the company told us they were better than the cheaply-made vent covers that matched our siding. We agreed that we would paint them to match the new siding. The company installed the cheap vent covers anyway. They also forgot to cut out for one vent. Two vent covers were installed with broken tips. The slats will not stay in place. One has been repaired. We have never broken them, they were installed this way. The company told us they were cheaply made, and they are. The cut-outs are too large for us to install our original vent covers - we definitely would if possible.
*The exterior doorbell cover had to be replaced because the person who installed the storm door broke it.
*The exterior water faucet had to be repaired because the siding crew broke it.
*The window cuts were made sloppy leaving huge gaps between the window and the siding. This looks tacky and leaves room for wasps, hornets, and bees to build homes. Yes, we requested a foam spray to fill these gaps. It was done around some of the windows. Others were forgotten.
*The entryway was reinstalled due to the wrong color of J-channel used (as stated previously).
*The first day of installation our family cleaned for two hours before the kids could be outside. Nails and sharp pieces of siding were scattered across the yard. After the company said the job was complete, we cleaned cigarette butts, water and drink bottles, wrap from supplies, nails, and small/sharp cuts from siding. In the past two weeks we have found more nails and siding pieces in the landscaping.
*Additional materials were left on-site because the crew said we paid for them so we may as well keep them. We only requested a few pieces for repairs if needed.
*We requested they leave our old siding. We did not complain about this material being left behind.
*The company chose to replace the wrap on our garage with a different color. We did not request this as it is not part of the siding. They put the original weatherstripping back on top of the wrap. It is not the same color. They claim weatherstripping is part of the garage door, yet it is placed directly on the wrap they changed. The company assumed a color for wrap without consulting us, which forced us into painting the garage door. The wrap, weatherstripping, and garage door colors were fine as they were.
*The company has received one list of items they need to correct or complete. They are all things the company should have done without a customer list. The list has not changed.
*The last time we heard from St. Clair of the Ozarks was in February. One employee showed up unexpectedly, but didn't have the materials he needed. He left without doing anything. We have three phone numbers available. St. Clair of the Ozarks has not used them since January. Their claim that we do not answer or return their calls is false. We are anxious to see our home completed. The balance will be paid when it is, despite the frustrations we've endured.
