There were two crews that were there that day We did move the furniture away from the house since it wasn't done already and we didn't want to damage her stuff We didn't move it back, because we didn't remember where it all was before We didn't move her patio lights, the other
crew did And I told her we would be glad to do a lie detector test to prove it We didn't touch her lights I told her I would come over and move the furniture back and tried to do that on Friday the 13th A Car was there but no one answered the door so I left a card for her to call me when she could Instead she filed the complaint We have to plug in the house and doors are left open slightly to get power to to our machines I did look in her windows to see if I could see any mud tracked into her home, but didn't see any I did leave on the card that I would pay for the cover that was ripped, if she would call me She hasn't called me What we do is Construction Insulation is a dusty dirty process, that's why we do our process from outside if we possibly can We take a row of siding off and insulate under it instead of drilling holes thru the siding as long as it is horizontal We use alot of care when doing this Some people haven't done any construction and don't realize how it works,, ***
*** *** was scheduled twice in December for work that was cancelled, by him and by us, due to storms I personally scheduled and spoke to him, both times and the third time in which I left a message I personally didn't receive a call back, although that does NOT mean he did not
make one, of course.We attempted repeatedly to re-schedule leaving messages on his phone He stated to me that he would call and re-schedule when he knew he would be free.Then we receive the message from you! The Boss (*** ***) tried to respond to you, several times via email.So we assumed that meant *** is ready now and we called him and scheduled for the 5th of May We actually scheduled crews (more than normal) to make sure it would NOT have to re-scheduled for any reason(costing money and time, of course) Bestway Insulation has been around years and is top rated by Tom Martino They are posting some reviews we've had from overly satisfied customers and I would also like to know if the Revdex.com site has a place for such verifiable reviews? We just had two surprise Quality Control Inspections and aced both of them Our results were touted best in the State and almost 2x the results of competitors.We densely pack insulation for better affect and insulating values, this can be misinterpreted at times as there being "less" insulation than paid for, when in reality it's packed denser, likely using more material an providing more protection but with less visual material(since it is packed tighter)This can confuse the customer who is trying to rate value by inches, not realizing the density is greater We have been ready to and will, however, address ANY concerns with *** *** on the 5th of May and I can assure you personally, as the person who answers the phone, that I have called out to him to schedule at least times since the job started (I never personally received a call back but that doesn't mean someone else in the office didn't) So please rest assured Mr*** home will be inspected, topped off and re-inspected, on the 5th of May The owner, ***, is older so I would recommend contacting her via phone in the future, for a faster response Like many of our customers, email is not a primary form of communication in this business as rarely do our customers wish to communicate that way That would account for any delay in our response to you, I assure you there has been no intentional delay in servicing Mr***.
