The homeowner experienced a water loss which required the replacement of the kitchen cabinet packageOnce the cabinet package was selected and signed off on the cabinet package took around 7-weeks to receive from the material vendorDuring that time the homeowner was set up with a temporary kitchen set up that we installed so they would have a fully functioning kitchen while they waited on the cabinet package to arriveWhen the homeowner called us after the cabinet package and countertop installation was complete she let us know that there were issues with the countertopThe next day we went out to inspect and let the homeowner know we would be fixing the issue and ultimately decided to replace the countertop at our costWe completed all of the work and the homeowner signed off on a completion document that all work had been completed to satisfactionAt this time the document was submitted to the insurance company so that they could issue the remaining insurance loss funds that would pay the balance due to PWC for the work performedWe reached out to the homeowner to let them know that the check should be arriving and to let us know when she receives itAt that time the homeowner then reached out to us and let us know that there was a spice rack missing in her kitchen cabinet package and she would like that installed prior to her releasing the remaining money due to PWCWe looked at the cabinet package detail that the homeowner approved and signed off on and it did not include the spice rack however we let her know that at our cost we would take care of the spice rack and tried to schedule a time to get into the home to complete the workWe tried subsequent times to reach the homeowner by phone and email to gain access to the home to complete the spice rackWe still as a company would like to complete this for the homeowner and cover the costWe understand as a company that going through an insurance loss is difficult and a stressful situation and our commitment is to return the home to it's pre-loss condition as outlined by the insurance company

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This company failed to order cabinets in November when we signed off on the orderThey failed to order cabinets till JanuaryThe completion of work order they submitted to the insurance company they had us sign in August of when we initially contracted themLastly the plans the cabinet people wrote up had the spice rack in itRecently PWC did reach out that they would do the spice rack at the cost of usThis is despicable, for months they have failed to complete there job and submitted papers to my insurance company that they have consumers sign prior to their workLastly I understand that the repairs would be a stressful time, however babysitting professionals did not helpNor did them adding additional months of me not having a kitchen because they did not order them.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This company failed to order cabinets in November when we signed off on the order. They failed to order cabinets till January. The completion of work order they submitted to the insurance company they had us sign in August of 2014 when we initially contracted them. Lastly the plans the cabinet people wrote up had the spice rack in it. Recently PWC did reach out that they would do the spice rack at the cost of us. This is despicable, for months they have failed to complete there job and submitted papers to my insurance company that they have consumers sign prior to their work. Lastly I understand that the repairs would be a stressful time, however babysitting professionals did not help. Nor did them adding 3 additional months of me not having a kitchen because they did not order them.Sincerely,[redacted]
