Review: I bought a hair styler from the Home & Patio in Jacksonville, Florida, and was promised that I would not have to use hair spray and it would give my hair fullness (I have very fine, straight hair and always blow dry my hair). I was also told I would never have to use hair spray again. This is a Kor product and I contacted them via email (separate complaint) and was told there's nothing they can do and to contact the venue (Convention Center). I asked the saleslady ([redacted]) if it is guaranteed and was told yes. I have tried using this several times and it does nothing. The Kor website is no help at all. I had also asked if instructions were inside and was told yes, but there were no instructions.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because this product does not do what I was told and it's useless to me.
