have received via U.SRegular Mail the consumer complaint, ID#: ***, *** ***, postmarked December 19, Our license, since without any reports to the Revdex.com is certainly evident of our reputation. However:Our response is as follows:First and foremost; We do not, have not and would not EVER remove any kind of asbestos containing materials and leave a job uncompletedWe vehemently deny the customers’ statements.1). We quoted this job based on Ms***’s square footage and her “immediate necessity for completion”., as she had acquired a “competitors” price and was astounded, plus she needed this immediately to acquire her tenants’ occupancy2). We responded immediately to Ms***’s complaint, of which was, sawdust left in two areasThis response was the same day of complaint. Secondly, our crew also removed some ceramic tile, of which was not in our proposal. Our crew did a walk thru with Ms***, everything was fine, thus she gave me, her credit card for payment in full of our contract amount. We processed in the office on the following day via credit cardThis was on Thursday eveningWe processed payment on Friday morning via credit card.3). Suddenly, she had another complaint on Monday of “sawdust. We, being myself, my Project Manager and my Labor Superintendent tried to converse with her. Her response was not only negative, but “vulgar”., I have the voice mail saved. I tried to reach out to her to allow us to resolve this issue; We were not allowed re-entry and, again, would like to see the pictures, lab analysis report and floor installation report in order to resolve this matter amicably as we were disallowed any information other than the verbal from *** ***.*** Newton Rohe/President
