I started looking for a house to rent over a month ago and ran into Place to live rentalsThis was the worst mistake I had madeAfter seeing several housesI found one that I liked and put a deposit on the house, just like the agent said to doFirst off, every contact I had to make with the office, I had to drive to the office, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALLThat was bad sign #I kept getting the run around with paperwork from the office staff, bad sign #Then they told me that I did not make enough money and needed a co-signer, and I found one and between the two of us we make over $a monthThey needed more information, bad sign #To top it all off, the house of which I had a deposit on they rented the house to someone elseWhen I spoke to them about it all they could do was laugh about it like it was funnyThey have houses on the website with trash still inside and claim that they are ready to rentI have a friend who lives on one of there properties and wishes that their lease was upWhen something needs to be fixed, they have to send a email to someone and wait days for a replyI told them to call the State of Indiana and file a complaint against themI WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE HERE, NOR WOULD I RENT FROM THEM
